No one was working the yard, only at the desk. Plus, I had to pay for an extra day because they're only open until 5pm, and they were in Orem, not Pleasant Grove.

The rep did not go over charges before charging card. She overcharged us and stated she would do a refund. We still have not received our refund for her mistake. Would not recommend.

The self-service return did not work for me. We need a receipt and an adjustment of $50 bc the reservation was changed last minute but this was not reflected on the receipt. Please call me. Thank you!

I had a 15 foot truck for 3 hours and was charged 310 dollars.. The orginal rate was 50 dollars. They had told me I could drop it off at a different location and when I did I was charged an extra 250 for not taking it back. Then they said they couldn’t help me because they’re just a dealer and not an actual store. Worst service. The girl I talked to told me she was the supervisor but had no authority to even look up my account?

I did not end up moving in. Due the limited check in hours of the facility (that I failed to check) I had to use a different location so as to avoid insane truck fees. I would appreciate a refund.

The exterior of the building appeared to be clean and inviting. I returned the truck on Saturday, May 18th at about 2:00 p.m. The business was closed, so I didn't see the inside. I called the number listed as instructed in the rental contract when I was ready to turn the truck in. Instead of talking to a live person, I spoke to a phone message machine. Option 5, which I pressed gave me the option of recording a message. It seemed to imply that I would get a call back with instructions on how to return the vehicle. I waited over an hour and got no call back, so I drove to the location and left the truck and keys there. My recommendation for improvement would be to have a live person to receive the returned rental on weekends or change your recorded message to make it clear that no one is going to call you back on weekends. The truck was clean and well maintained, and had plenty of power. It was just what I was looking for.

I scheduled for columbia lane pick up at 8;00am, then I was switched to Geneva Road pick up at 9am. Didn't receive the text notifying me of the change. Waited more than 25 minutes on hold with UHaul 800 line. I was not happy with UHaul. the attendant at Geneva was great.

When renting at any other location someone ALWAYS came out and hooked up the trailer and made sure everything worked and was safe. Here I was told the trailer is out back, have a nice trip. When I noticed a marker light out while doing my own inspection, they cancelled my contract and wanted to send me to a new location! For a light bulb! I fixed it myself and they had to redo the contract. What a joke! The truck we rented the week before had to be jump started everytime we shut it off! And the transmission wouldn't shut right.

Dead battery,had to jump 5 times to complete the move,transmission wouldent shift half the time,and wanted to run over 5k rpm

The truck was completely dirty both inside and out. Windshield was covered in bugs and dirt. I had to clean them off myself at a nearby gas station! I reserved 20 blankets with my online reservation, however the Uhaul Facility said they didn't carry blankets. I had to go to a different Uhaul location to get blankets.

This location was friendly, informative, and smart. So glad my reservation was at this location! ( A far cry from a different uhaul on the same Geneva road that I accidentally went to first. That place wasn’t even capable of letting me know there was another location down the road.) Would drive miles out of my way to use this location again!!!

I reserved a utility trailer online, then when I got there they had none and tried to give me a cargo trailer. I needed an open trailer so they had to find me one and then I had to drive elsewhere to get it. Lost nearly an hour of my day l of this. I was a bit annoyed because I had a very busy day with a tight schedule.

I specifically asked if I could drop off in sandy which is where I was moving to, when I got to the location they told me that it would be another $80 because there was a penalty for dropping off somewhere else and not returning to the location I rented from. They did nothing to try to help and simply told me that the person who set everything up didn’t know how to do they job, just overall not a good experience trying to return the vehicle, and had to take it all the way back to the location I rented from because that was going to be less expensive.

I believe that I was overcharged for gas. I drove the truck a total of 22 miles and was charged for 6 gallons of gas. I told them that I felt that was an error and they told me that I obviously didn't understand that a large truck uses much more gas than a car. I am pretty sure that this truck gets more than 4 miles per gallon.

I was informed at the Parkway Storage location that I may be able to drop the truck off in a Springville UT location. So I found one, Fleming's Storage and Uhaul. I went to do so, and left the key with the storage unit manager while the Uhaul manager Alec Fleming (his son) who supposedly was out at lunch. I left the key with his him. Alec who returned from lunch called me and was very rude and condescending about me leaving it there. I wasn't trying to be rude, I just didn't know I couldn't leave it there. I turned around and went back for the truck and brought it back to Parkway Storage. Parkway storage was surprised that this gentleman was so rude and Alec had in fact called their office to complain about me and charge me some sort of late fee. Parkway stated they wouldn't be charging me that because it wasn't late... and said they agreed, the gentleman was rude to them as well. Just a confusing, frustrating experience made more so by how this gentleman handled "helping" me. Parkway storage's staff were great.

Let me know if my reservation change. I showed up to the first location with the door locked before calling and being told that my reserved truck isn't there and I had to go somewhere else. Not cool!!

We wanted a 20 foot truck and hunted all over the area. Then the day we went to pick up the truck. There was a 20 ft truck but we were lied to: take the 26 ft and you will be refunded at the drop off location. Online we were told it would be $14 and we were charged $28. We asked for a few extra miles because of where the pick up location. We have not received an itemized bill and I will be taking this up with my credit card company.

Jen was absolutely amazing! She was knowledgeable, well spoken, professional and friendly! I have never had an interaction with any other Uhaul location that had such fantastic customer service. I wpuld go out of my way to rent there again. Highly recommend it!
