Not charge 300 dollars to change drop off locations that’s beyond ridiculous and overpriced will definitely be seeking other company’s services before ever considering U-Haul again

David TThis truck was running very bad and needed serviced. It made the fuel economy very poor. I am also being charged more than what I should. The first charge was $166 for one day and 100 miles. Now I have another charge for $59.10 4 days after I turned in the truck. What a way to screw people.

michael hEvery uhaul Ive ever driven for 20 years has messed up steering, out of alignment, wandering ect.
Eric SThey did hook me up but found out later that a safety chain was missing. Truck was on 1/8 of a tank so I was forced to fuel at there location.
Merle TWhen I was on my way I got a call that they didn’t have the truck I reserved a week earlier and I got a larger truck that I didn’t want to drive. When I got there to pickup the truck they did not have the furniture pads that I reserved

Dallas lThere wasn't anyone at the rental location and they couldn't be reached by U-haul. I do appreciate U-haul for sending the district manager to help me and him for applying a discount for my inconvenience and time I waited.
