I am so happy that of all the uhaul service station, i chose this specific one on Parkway Dr in Fresno,CA. My experience has been awesome! This is the second time i have used the service at this location. Overall, fantastic customer service from the Owner Raymond! Always have a smile on his face and greets me. He made sure to go over with me of all the service i wanted & if there was a miscommunication, he made sure to apologize and correct it. I highly recommend this location! Thanks Raymond!MAE S.

This location needs an entire business make over, looks like a junk yard, Cust Service severely lacking. The man running the location showed up 45 to 50 minutes later than was scheduled to pick up the uhaul truck, not even an apology.martha H.

Personnel didn't make an updated note of the gas gage. When we went to drop off the truck, we had to fill the tank up to the original mark on the contract which was incorrect or face getting charged overages. Overall, disappointed that it wasn't a smooth rentalLisa B.

My reservation was for 9am and I had pushed it to 11am after chatting with a representative online and she was helpful. I went in to pick up the truck and was told my reserved truck was not there and hadn't been returned yet. I asked how that would've worked if I kept the 9am pickup time and was told he wouldn't have had it then. He said he's have to call around to find one at a different location and I let him know I'd done that myself when I made reservation and was already no where near my moving location after trying 4 near me or at least kinda close. I wasn't paying the gas or mileage to go even further. He offered a bigger truck at smaller truck fee but that was not going to work for the same reason. He ended up offering to credit me a quarter tank of gas and I had to accept as I really had no choice. After dropping a car off before taking truck the truck I was supposed to get was back and the guy tried to make me switch it out. I would've had to wait for him to check it in and then redo my contract. The place was not somewhere I would leave my car even during the day. The website said I could get supplies there and there were maybe 5 things and no boxes. I always use your company but not again. Waste of money and loss of time due to the truck not being there. You should really consider ending the business agreement with this place as they don't represent you well one bit. The funny thing is he didn't ever ask for my name or reservation # but accused me of wrong time or location.Courtney G.

Outside: Located in a literal junk yard corner. Weeds waist high make it look abandoned. Multiple Stray cats wandering around outside and inside the office. They were filthy and sickly, but seemed friendly. Once inside, it doesnt get much better. Most uhaul displays were hanging at weird angles, dusty and empty. A computer sits atop an oil smudged, empty glass display case. The smell of rotting lunch wafts up from the can, directly below the counter; a surprisingly effective appetite suppressant. The only redeeming quality was the friendly lady who helped me, she was bubbly and full of smiles. Out at the truck, the box was needed to be swept, 'Jane' helped sweep it out as I walked the truck. Engine oil level was OK, but visually looked pretty dirty - I assumed that is all digitally documented and there were some life still left on it, so I did not mention it to them.Carla T.
Hello, to whom it may concern. I am writing this email because of a bad customer service, that I recently went through. My name is Esteban I reserved my U-Haul rental on 9/29/18. Which was a prior to my pick up of the rental? I received a notification that the location of my pick up was moved, to a different location than what I had originally chosen on the website. On 9/30/18 I went to the location which is at 11:00 am. And I waited for 2 hours just to be helped by a customer representative. I am so saddened by this experience. I lost time and had a bad experience on behalf of U-Haul. I will definitely never use U-Haul service, based on my prior experience.Esteban R.

It was very difficult to actually get a truck they keep changing their locations corporate got involved which made it even worse like three different places that we were going to pick up a truck from them corporate did not want us or them to pick up a vehicle for us so we can have it ready at one location corporate needs to stay out of itROSE R.
