Excessively difficult to pick up and drop off, i completed all the steps in the app and then it would not load so i had to go in and redo everything in person. At drop off i went through the lengthy return process in the app but then when i went to drop off the guy made us reinspect the truck again. I thought the whole point of the mobile pick up and drop pff was to be easy not do double my headache
