Was overcharged for the insurance originally. When I asked to buy the insurance at the original price quoted the uhaul representative said to take it ( the higher price) or leave it. Very rude. Very uncalled for. After an hour on the phone I finally got the insurance I was quoted from a different representative. Parker quick lube was fine it was your uhaul representative that he had to call that was the problem

Place was closed took me over 40 minutes and finally employee walked out headed home and he took care of it on his end otherwise not sure what I would have done. If prices have changed then corporate should be giving this information to their employees in a timely manner and the website should also be corrected, but corporate never I repeat never said anything about a rate increase only that "she worked there and she was telling me it's .99 a mile" and kept repeating so how much did I think I was over charged when I would tell her I was charged an extra .60 a mile she'd say no I wasn't because it's .99 a mile so at .99 a mile what did I think I was over charged ok so even at .99 I was charged a $1.00 a mile even the manager at the corporate office would not admit I was over charged. Money is tight these days and for this company to be allowed to falsely advertise and tell their employees to quote prices that are not what you'll be charged is not right or legal it's fraud plan and simple. The manager at the corporate office should be fired she told the drop off location to have me call my pick up location I did they at no fault of theirs was not given any information that would explain why, but when I talked to the corporate manager she insisted I was not over charged by .60......

Nina PoeNot charge 137 dollars for a fuel when I pick up truck it had 3/8 of a tank, when I brought the truck to this location for drop off it had over 3/8 of a tank, I was told there wouldn't be a fuel charge if I brought truck back at the same amount as when I picked it up at. I hope this gets resolved quickly.

HYAHWAHNAH OUTLANDThe back door to the truck would not close and we had to call roadside assistance which took several hours. The cables had to be removed so the door was too heavy to open without assistance. An engine light came on after about 2 hours or so of driving the first day. Again we called roadside assistance, they said we could continue to drive the truck as long as it seemed OK. We made it to our destination and when we had help to unload the truck we discovered water in the truck and our contents was water damaged. Claim has been submitted. I hope U-haul will help make this right and do a better job of maintaining their trucks.
Colleen WinklerTruck had no cruise control which is a big deal when doing real driving. There was no breakdowns but engine had a belt squealing that came and went constantly. The plastic on speedometer dash was dirty but on underside which can not be cleaned without removal making instrument panel hard to read.

Allen JonesThe mobile app checkin was awful but the desk checkin was fast, friendly, and painless. Problems with the mobile app included it kept saying my session was expired when I tried to log in, then finally after it let me in I had to wait between each step for processing and it kicked me out once to start back over. When I asked the desk person to help, he just looked me up, verified my info, had me sign the paper and gave me the key, all within a couple of minutes. So the app is a good idea, and maybe I will try it again if it evolves, but most likely I will just rely on the fast friendly personal service of desk staff :). The vehicle worked great, too as always. Thanks!
