Timothy P.The Uhaul website is terrible. I reserved a 26 ft truck I could pick up in Park Rapids. They emailed back and said I had to pick it up in Bemidji, which would have cost twice as much because of the extra miles. I drove by the Park Rapids Auto and what was sitting out front but a 26 ft truck. I stopped in and the good folks said the Uhaul website does that to them all the time, and that it's best to call the place you want to pick up at to see what is truly available. Lesson learned...

MICHAEL T.I reserved the truck for pick up in Bemidji, MN but had to go to Park Rapids, MN to pick it up. I made my reservation 3 weeks in advance. There was no excuse why a truck couldn't have been brought to Bemidji, MN for me to use.

Wayne S.The tire was dangerously worn to the fabric, this was probably a manufacturing defect as it only appeared in one spot on the tire. I understand how such an issue could be missed but thankfully I did notice it and had to return to get the tire replaced.
Andrew L.Fire the reps at this location. The two men were very rude and very deceiving. I will/would never rent anything from this location again and have passed on this sentiment to everyone I know and posted on facebook.

Greg B.I returned the trailer within the allotted time, but was charged a late fee of $21.87. After TWO calls to the rental location I was assured of a refund by a manager. Nothing so far has been credited to me. Again, I have made TWO calls to resolve this.

Thomas F.The drop,off site was closed, and we had to learn how to do a virtual drop off - it was a hassle for which we did not have time to manage. There was an extra charge, and we did not receive an explanation for the additional charges. ( though it was only $19 and some change, and we needed to get someplace else so we accepted it.) I much prefer a drop off to a person.

GERALD G.The truck was swept out, however, the truck itself was old, and pretty beat up. The previous renter had spilled a greasy/oily substance in the back on the floor of the truck box. Luckily we had blankets to put down to protect our items. This was also a slipping hazard. My husband felt like the people at the facility did their job and were helpful, they just were not set up to thoroughly clean this out of the truck.

BASIL C.I had to drop off a trailer after hours so it was night. There's no signs indicating it was even a UHaul location. There's no lighting so I had to perform the trailer return in complete darkness.
Randy P.Make sure passenger door is completely closed when due walk around every morning when checking vehicles (safety issues). Have needle checked on gas gauge (inaccurate reading). Otherwise customer service & truck were good
JAMMIE J.The process to open the lock to get the key was not clearly communicated. We struggled for 20 minutes plus several minutes on the phone with an UHaul agent and could not open the lock. Then owner/operator of the business where the UHaul truck was kept came by and pressed a latch on the lever holding the overhead door shut and the lock opened immediately. Again the UHaul agent did not no of the need to press the latch on the lever of the door before unlocking the lock.
