The service was excellent. Gregg, the gentleman who assisted me, was very helpful and could not have been easier to work with. He was very professional, making sure I understood how everything worked. I have rented a lot of U-Haul equipment over the years; he was one of the most helpful U-Haul employees I have ever worked with. I would like to thank him again for his service. JAK

Anthony CHave the trailer/truck at the place where you were supposed to pick it up. Our reservation was to pick up trailer in Aberdeen South Dakota. Two trailers were there, but were unavailable since they were only available for ‘local use’????? Why? Seems like you would want to rent a trailer rather than sitting and not being used????? The attendant was of little help and did not try to see if we could use one of the two trailers. Instead, we had to travel over 100 miles to Watertown to pick it up, and the trailer we were to pick up was too large for the small load we needed to haul. This experience was frustrating, stressful, and disgusting. In the future, I will do my best to avoid using U Haul for my hauling needs.
RICK CWe had no way to do the online drop off until we got home, which is in another town. In the future if there could be a way to do the online return check in on a computer that would be awesome!

William MTruck needs to be cleaned for pick up, I had to sweep out the back prior to loading. 1 package of blankets was extremely musty smelling, dirty and had mouse droppings in the plastic bag. Rental staff was on time to get me in and out on time.

Casey SThey were great and very helpful by showing us how to set up the car transport. They also were very helpful when we had problems with the tail light. They helped us get it fixed in a very quick and timely manner. Would definitely recommend.
Michelle Zit was a hassle having to drive an hour to pickup my truck because they did not have one available in the town I reserved it for. I had a couple questions and waited on hold for a long time with no answer. This experience wasn’t the best.

JJ GI asked for 1 more day and she refused to let me keep the equipment saying she'd already rented it. I'm not happy about the added pressure as this move was hard on me due to my health.

Cindy cI had originally reserved a uhaul trailer at a different location and when I showed up at the time designated the uhaul representative was not there. Went to this current uhaul location and was helped right away and was still able to get loaded and to my destination on time. Would highly recommend Park It Market 1313 9th Ave SE Watertown, SD 57201
Steven SWas delayed a half hour because he was busy with other customers. Tried checking in online and nothing worked. Overall wasn't impressed but got the job done.
