Debra O | Overall ExperienceThe owner/manager went above and beyond by storing a live plant in his office that my movers had accidentally put in storage. It surely would have died if it were not for this kind gesture. Very helpful and professional. Top notch place!

Dave M | Overall Experiencelike new premises and units. Very secure and well laid out with security in mind. total opposite of the storage places in questionable areas with few lights or alarms. Felt very comfortable going there during day and evening. Manager know his business.
Ginny D | Overall ExperienceI had stayed with this storage unit facility for lots of years! I always trusted them and had superb customer service from the facility management. The security is good and the site is always clean. Temp controlled for humidity in Iowa is amazing. The one time I had a problem (small amount of water got into my unit) I was far away living in another state. They made sure to get in touch with me and handled it for me. Will for sure always keep this place in mind if I ever need storage again in Des Moines!
NICOLLE D | Overall ExperienceThis is a high quality storage facility. The staff is very friendly and professional. I am so happy that I entrusted Park AVE Storage with my belongings. Thank you.
MARCEY N | Overall ExperienceThe only thing that would have been very helpful was to have lights inside the unit as well.
DEB H | Overall ExperienceThe employee were very helpful and courteous. Thanks for the help during a very very bad experience with U-Haul - out of state move. U-Haul Corp. could learn a lot from you guys/gals. Thanks again.
Privacy R | First ImpressionsThe tour from Rich showed that the place was very clean and secure. He also knocked a couple dollars off per month for signing up with auto-pay. I would recommend to anybody!
Privacy R | First ImpressionsRich was wonderful at helping me get the right size. I`m thankful for a climate controlled unit so my stuff won`t be damaged with the heat and humidity. I would recommend this location to my friends.
Privacy R | First ImpressionsRich has been very helpful even while he was on vacation.
Privacy R | First ImpressionsThe owner was incredibly nice and helpful over the phone. Set up everything in about 10 minutes because he would be out of town when I needed to move in. Would recommend!
Privacy R | First ImpressionsListed office hours are not accurate, no one there during listed open hours. Check in was done with a kiosk with no way to input online reservation information.
