Issues with software caused a 45 minute delay for me to pickup my truck.

ARPAD M.Keys were given to me very late due to an 'unknown' system issue. Convenience store clerk had me waiting over half an hour before getting the keys and when returning. This took away some of my time to return the truck on time and was charged a double rental fee. Convenience store clerk was not knowledgeable with the U-Haul system and was always on the phone. I was also charged twice on my debit (at the store) and credit card online for this rental with extra charges that should have not been applicable. There was also no windshield washer fluid and expected to pay extra fuel missed by a tick. Do not recommend!

Adarsh T.I had my booking for 9 am to pick up, but the store owner came at 10 am. I had to wait outside their shop in this cold weather for an hour. And when I confronted here for the inconvenience she told me that, u haul website showed the wrong timings for pick up. I had my appointments according to my set schedule and because i got the truck an hour late I couldn't finish up my work on time.

I had to walk to the vehicle then it on myself etc. I didn't get the chance to do a walk around of the vehicle. The gas WAS lower than what they said it was and I HAD to pay to refill it to where they said as there is no proof that gas was below what they said. Never will I borrow a Uhaul from a variety store again. Disgusting experience.
Cassandra B.A key box was located outside the store and I suppose it was gor the customer to drop the keys incase he comes after the store is closed, however the store owner siad to avail that key dropping facility would be for $20 which was surprising to me and failed to understand why should it be infact charged as it should be free of cost. Never saw anywhere that dropping the keys in keybox is a chargable servie. STRANGE.!!!

Amato D.Was repeatedly told that location hours were 10-6 and that they had to open early to accommodate my 9am booking. Very slow process. When I informed them that the furniture pads I had booked were not in the truck, was simply told that they did not show in the booking despite the email I had confirming. Needless repetition of instructions. Not sure if it was because I was a single woman but quite condescending. Owner did keep offering me complimentary coffee however.Not what I was expecting. Whole experience was very sketchy. Not a location I would recommend.

Raymond B.1. The form / contract filled to do a mobile checkout online was completely ignored, and its preferences completely ignored. 2. I was overcharged for insurance protection that i never selected at the time of signup. 3. Man serving at pari's convenience was rude on the phone when asked for clarification on the over charges. Overall the experience was unsatisfactory. No sense of customer service, poor execution. Be ready for lots of miss information and computer crashes accompanied with longer wait time at the counter. The person treats you like you're there to rob him and damage the vehicle. I'd never go back again.

Arun V.Very slow service.I wanted to rent a van for moving and I only went to this location just because it was near to me. The response time on submitting the request was slow because “server was slowâ€. I have used Uhaul service earlier (actual location not dealer) and it was the quickest than the dealer. No customer service. It's a convenient store so the owner was also looking after the other customers which is understandable but I was there first so I need to be served quickest way possible. This location, I had to wait nearly 20 -25 mins to finally get the key. I would rather go to U Haul location next time than a dealer now.
Vikramjit B.This location was great. Rental went smoothly, service was great. Using the mobile app for renting definitely needs more work. We tried to rent a van with the app on two different occasions and there were so many issues with it that we had to change our move date and time to make sure a Uhaul location would be open with a live person to rent from. The idea behind the 24/7 Truck share program is great, if the app actually works.
Carl P.location was difficult to find, the van smelled like Manure, The process was confusing at this location and I did not get the Dolly I had asked for online. It was removed. I am used to a much smoother process when renting from an actual Uhaul location.

Aashish W.back the truck into the parking spot. If you do that you don't run the risk of hitting the car parked in the parking spot behind you. The van is parked in a narrow alleyway behind the store. If you had a parking spot for the van in the front of the store, its easier to get the van out and on the road.

Apparently it's a security check. If it so this should be notified and consented for. He shows absolutley no courtesy and manners. Will not be using his services anymore and will let all my friends know about it too.
