The website was ridiculous to use, we put gas in it when we brought it back and was told it was charging an 60$ for gas. Ridiculous. I will never rent a uhaul again or recommend to anyone.

REMIGIUS BIRKOI love using Uhaul! I've moved several times and the service has always been excellent!! I just want Uhaul to know that the truck had not been washed on the outside. There was mud splattered down the sides. This will not keep me from renting from Uhaul in the future. When I filled out the online return, one of the questions that I was asked: "is the truck clean for the next customer". I answered "no", because it was dirty on the outside when I picked it up. This is not a big issue with me, but I just wanted you to know. Thanks again for an easy move! Jarrod E. Shields
