Kimberly LI would appreciate when I rent online that my choices would be as I chose and not changed after I entered my information and chose what I wanted. I was charged for insurance and I did not need it as my own auto insurance covered my rental. I checked with my company first, clicked off insurance coverage and was billed anyway.

My new trailer hitch didn't have the pin to lock it into place and my electrical port needed a plug, so they let me borrow those two items from the store. Ten thumbs up for customer service, courtesy and providing assistance!!!

SIDNEY SCharged an additional amount that I don't understand. This move already cost me a fortune. The cost of a Uhaul to move out of state is exorbitant. I realize you tend to be lower than the average but I could have paid a moving service for less. If you lower your prices you will get more customers!

Chloe HMy experience with uhaul started off great but ended awful, with my jaw dropped at the lack of unprofessionalism, to say the very least. The pickup was in El Paso at the northeast location. The guy helping me was very in knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me. I've never driven a large truck like that, and especially not a tow dolly with a car on it. He explained me how to turn and how to load, fully understanding the employees cannot touch my car for liability reasons. I think the trip went ok, just long. The truck did well and wet got to our next destination, Commerce, OK. I called about 30 minutes out to let the uhaul company know I was almost there and they would need to unhook the tow dolly. They gave me ALOT of pushback saying they didn't unhook the tow dolly and it was my responsibility. That irritated me right off the bat because I checked in El Paso and they all told me anyone could unhook that trailer but I would have to get the car off. Completely understood that due to liability reasons. I showed up to uhaul for the drop off. The older gentleman that said he owned the place was there and drove my truck into the wet grass for some unknown reason and got my truck stuck with all of my belongings inside of it. He told me to give him a minute because a person had just got stuck in a sink hole in his parking lot. Not a customer or worker might I add. This guy used a large uhaul truck and attacked it to this Pontiac that was stick to try to get the car out of the hole! I don't know exactly what happened to the uhaul or the car but I just heard a large snap. Neither the car or that uhaul truck worked after that. I'm watching all of this, as a customer, and not being helped. The worker called a tow service after that for the car, all while I'm still waiting for my truck as it idles, wasting gas. As you know those things are gas guzzlers. The worker then went to get a pickup truck off of the lot (that's is for sale), hooks a strap to the bumper of it and the other end to my uhaul that's stuck in the ground and tried pulling it out that way. At this point I have a strong feeling this guy is on drugs. Not only did that not come close to working but he also hit a truck parked next to him. Not once but TWICE. On top of that my uhaul that was trying to be towed out was not in neutral and no one was in the drivers seat assisting the pickup trying to tow this 26 for uhaul truck out of the wet grass. So many flaws here. Well an hour goes by and the worker finally calls a tow company. My truck gets unstuck and we drive away. Now fast forward to two days later when I return the uhaul truck. I show up during normal business hours. It was a Monday roughly 2:30 pm. There isn't a worker in that whole store to be found! I found a lady cleaning appliances in the back and told her I was there to drop off this uhaul. She said she had to call her brother because she didn't actually work there and didn't know what to do. 20 minutes later she got hold of

buff hThe truck and service was excellent! I had a discrepancy on my bill due to invalid return time and that was handled in a very timely manner! I truly appreciate U haul and all who was involved in my moving experience.
MISTY WThe only negative thing that happened was that there was no mention that there was any additional deposit required. This caused an unexpected delay, and good have caused the cancellation of the contract. There should be a clear notification that an additional deposit would be required. This was not an issue with the Location but it appears to be a corporate issue
Chris HI had requested a trailer for Baxter Springs Ks pick up. People that were helping me move had worked all week and it would have been perfect to pick up trailer there in Baxter Springs. Had to drive 10 mile to Commerce OK to pick up trailer, then 10 miles back to Baxter Springs to load the trailer, by the time got finished had to wait til next day to take trailer to the storage unit in Parsons, KS. I"m just glad I wasn't going cross country with it, that kind of inconvenience would have been unacceptable. I asked for a discount when picked up trailer but was told I would have had to go thru U Haul for that. I think the traffic department should be more aware of what works for the person renting the equipment and go a step further to make the moving experience even less stressful for them!
Lisa RReserved a trailer with a live representative and was told the place would be open that morning at 10am. I arrived a little after 10 and the place was closed. There wasn't even a trailer in that location the size that I had reserved. Called uhaul and was sent to another location in another town out of my way. I ask....what is the point of a reservation if there is no intent to honor the reservation??? I have rented these U-Haul trailers twice a year every year for the past several years as well as others in my company that rent trucks and trailers several times a year. I wish I could say this is an isolated incident but it happens to us more often than not. I was offered a $50 credit but still haven't seen it and honestly it wasn't enough to rectify the frustration and hassle not to mention the staff I had on the clock to pick up this trailer.

STEBBINS M | Overall ExperienceI have used U-haul in baxter, miami, columbus, and even one out of Texas and never had a problem with the trailers. but the one in commerce Oklahoma I would say stay away from. I got a tow dolly from there, the trailer looked tweaked in a couple spots, the wires for the lights were crossed and had to change them at the truck I was using, and then going down the road in Arkansas the driver's side tail light flew off the trailer. I will not go back to the one in commerce but the other local locations I would recommend to anyone

barbara mclean up and may I add you rev me a truck at one location and if it hadn't been for the man at that stop calling me that morning I wouldn't have had a truck had to call back in and tell your rev people the problem so I had to go farther to get truck

PAUL LI had two different gentleman call to ask when the truck would be return. Both of them spoke with my mother since I was at work. The first one was very polite when she explained I would have it back later on Monday. The second gentleman was extremely rude and told her I should have had the truck back by 9:40 and that she should have read the contract because he had it promised out to someone else. She apologized and told him that I was aware of the extra charge and he told her it wasn't his problem as he was turning it in to U-Haul. My family has used your services many times but after this experience I do not know if we will continue to do so. The pick up was perfect but the end result was terrible. I can assure you my mother will never use your services again. She was very offended
CHRISTOPHER CI still need a receipt. When I turned the trailer in in Commerce Oklahoma they said they had to keep my receipt and I would receive one in email. I did receive one in email but it has no dollars listed. I have to have this for my taxes. My Contract No. 24027514
Billy DWas told the UHaul was full of gas when I rented the unit. didn't go verify when I signed papers. Long story short when I got the truck it wasn't but I returned it on the Full mark because the contract said I had too since it was full to start with.
