Ariel was fantastic and responsive to my requests for scheduling drop-offs and pick-ups of my two storage boxes. And Val went above and beyond to deliver and pick-up the boxes to make things easy for me, as I have a small driveway and had to address each box individually. I can't sing Val's praises enough!!! Please do whatever you need to do to keep them as employees - they're awesome!!!

Called Uhaul. Waited over 20 min on hold to find out my reservations wasnt "scheduled" and there was no truck for me at the time I had reserved. That's very confusing and not good business. Luckily he found me a location that had a truck. Very frustrating.

It was closed for my dropoff time, so I left the trailer with the other uhaul trailers and assumed that was all I needed to do.

I was told the fuel was at half full when I entered the truck it was two clicks below half, I mentioned this when I returned and I had filled it back to that level. I was told that would not be an issue.

This experience has been an absolute nightmare for 6 weeks straight. I trusted U-Haul because they're a well-known company, and I have been extremely disappointed with the reliability, integrity, and service. My boxes were late to arrive for packing, and delivered two weeks late to my destination. I have also been charged in excess of the original agreement, and am ready to simply cancel my credit card because the charges keep coming. The U-Haul agreement promises a partial refund for late delivery, and I have called the customer service line approximately 15 times in the past 6 weeks about this matter. Each time, it takes about 30 minutes to get through to a service rep, and once they answer, I'm told that somebody will call me back shortly. They never have. I will be pursuing legal action soon, and am posting this review in hopes of helping someone else avoid this hell.

I was switched to a van from a truck. They said they called me to inform me but I never got a call. It was inconvenient to have the van. I'd suggest making this process better as I didn't know I was getting a van until my moving day.

Truck smelled bad and didn't drive well. Pick up was a nightmare and took over an hour because of the contactless, and the long wait for the contract documents to be approved. I waited on hold with customer service for 20 minutes before being disconnected. Not a pleasant experience with UHaul this time. .

Rita was awesome. She took my reservation less than an hour before I needed the truck, efficiently handled the paperwork, and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely use this location again.

Original location was Saco. On the pickup day they said no equipment was available and sent me 20 miles away. I confirmed with the new location, and went to pick up trailer to find the order had been cancelled. Big hassle and delay.

Please call me back. The breaks were so bad I could not pick up all of my furniture in fear the brakes would fail. I took it to a mechanic and they were worn down to the rotors....Hos does this happen? Any business is safety first, service second and production last. Having an unsafe vehicle on the road is a huge concern as it does not just impact one person but many. Please help me understand and get that truck off the road immediately. The people at the Warren Ave business were more than accommodating and pleasant but please follow up on inspections.

I hope as you replace your fleet you will include at least one USB port. I Don't know how many folks still have a 110 input with USB ports. My phone was dead upon my return! I charged it in my car so I could complete the return. Other than that everything was top notch! Thanks

The front end of the truck requires a lot of maintenance. Shakes terribly at highway speed. At any speed the front left corner rattles from any bump. Like the anti-sway bar link is broken or a bad ball joint. You need to take better care of your vehicles or not charge so much by the mile. I would hope you would refund some of my money. Costs a lot to drive a piece of junk! BTW - the key to the rear gate padlock is bent and doesn't work. Overall you get a 5 out of 10.

Stood in line for 10 minutes while the person at the desk was on the phone and another worker came and asked the people that were waiting in line behind me if he could help so I had to wait even longer didn't feel that was fair.

The process to rent seems to me to be too long; too many questions, rental form not always clear of what info is needed. When I tried to return the vehicle on my phone, couldn't figure it out. Probably just me. Other than that, the experience went very well. Thank you.

I can't say anything about location but uhaul service has been unacceptable. Mobile check in failed and i was charged for 400 miles and overcharged almost $400 and still have not received an resolution

The electronic picking up of the van was troublesome. Thank goodness Rachel was at the 844 number as she needed to help us for over 1/2 hour. Wendy was very nice also when we dropped off the truck. I would use Uhaul again but would probably rent from a location with a "live person" in attendance.

This was the only facility in Portland to have what I needed: a simple 5x8 cargo trailer. And the price was perfect. Service was fast and problem free. Return at night was a little rough since ther was no decent lighting in back of the building, but it worked out fine. Loved the after hours return web site!

Sell locks that fit trucks. Service was great, equipment was below average (no supplies), but the truck was fine/average/expected/no complaint.

Truck was in poor condition site told be 100 dollars for 2 days and ended up being 2 hundred I only drove 30 miles. So thankfully I dont plan on moving again. Pods is the way to go.

They will switch the size of your rental, the location of pick-up and drop-off and the time of day for pick-up and claim they texted you the information. And their customer service is TERRIBLE. The employees at this location told me how terrible U-Haul is and they hate that "this happens all the time". Manager "Tom" was so rude and hung up on me! DON'T USE U-HAUL! Penske is cheaper and super new trucks!!
