LISA SI cleaned the interior never ate or had any liquids in the interior made a film of the interior and of the gas gauge and they charge me three dollars to clean the interior and $17 for the gas when I have a film of the exterior of the truck at the gas gauge and the interior of the truck it’s not acceptable they just nickel and diming people at that location. Chad BCalled a location on Clinton Hwy. (destination), and was on hold for 22 minutes. Called the Cleveland location (departure point), and the phone was answered in just a few seconds. Larry checked stock, and confirmed. I arrived 10 minutes later, and was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Very Professional, Courteous, and Respectful. Will definitely use again, and wholeheartedly recommend to anyone!!!

William BI brought the uhaul back with a little more fuel than when I picked it up. This fuel charge is a rip off! I been using uhaul for 25 years now, and this has never happened. I am very disappointed if you don't remove this unjustly charge. I would be happy to speak to you and explain. Again, I returned it with more fuel than I had when I got it.
