Amandeep J.A week before the scheduled pickup I was informed that I might get a bigger truck than booked. I insisted that wouldn't work. the night before pick up the called to say I was getting the bigger truck. I stated that I would drive it to a place to get the smaller truck. they said they'd get back to me. They worked it out so that I got the 10 foot truck that I wanted. The truck I got had a speed suppressor that wouldn't allow it to go over 75mph. A good portion of my route was 80mph speed limit. The sensor kept indicating rr tire low pressure, which made seeing the speedometer impossible. I stopped 4 times to check, put air in the tire. One time it cost me $2.00.

I was told to pick up the truck in Roanoke, 10 miles away from Grapevine. This is extremely petty and unfair. I'm very disappointed!

Joe S.We rented the van to take our $100,000.00 motorcycle to a show in Austin, Texas and the van performed as needed. Our only disappointment was the van's interior was very dirty. Last year I rented a van to take our bike to Chicago, which she didn't go, but this year I have strict orders. No dirty van rental. We live in Keller Texas.
Thomas M.Wipe down the interior and vacuum. This was a new van that had less than 1,000 miles on it, so we were happy with it and how it drove; however, some cleaning should have been done in between customers.

HYMAN S.Called uhaul costumer service because the mileage in and out was recorder wrong. Says we drove over 200 miles when there is no way we drove even over one hundred: our bill is twice as much as it should be. They connected me the the location that we rented from and they are saying it was recorded as is. I swear on my mother this so wrong and we are paying so much more for it. This is awful and so incredibly frustrating. I can't afford to spend an extra 100 dollars on something that was recorded wrong. Would love uhauls help because the location that we were referred to are being short and not helpful at all.

bill M.U-Haul website was down when I attempted to pickup my rental. This caused a delay of 4 hours and I had to reschedule my activities. Gary, at the pickup location, was courteous and apologetic and told me that U-Haul would credit me $50 on my invoice. However, that credit does not appear on the final invoice. I am very dissatisfied with U-Haul's website performance.

Buzzy K.Let customer know that there is a documented electrical problem with Ford vans. The doors sometimes automatically lock after the engine has been turned off. I was locked out of the van with the keys on the drivers seat and both bomb dogs locked inside. Had to call 24hour roadside assistance.

Patrick N.Problem with billing. Beginning mileage was wrong by 64 miles on contract, I did not notice the discrepancy until check out. Contrat read 12202, when I left rental agency it was 12266 and ending reading 12901. Proprietor said he will look into it and get back to me. I am hopeful that he will but if not I will dispute this with American Express.
