Not happy that you charged me $5 fee for excess miles. I had reserved the truck at the Grapevine, TX location but was told at the last minute that they did not have the 10' truck. I was told to pick up the truck in Roanoke, 10 miles away from Grapevine. This is extremely petty and unfair. I'm very disappointed!

We rented the van to take our $100,000.00 motorcycle to a show in Austin, Texas and the van performed as needed. Our only disappointment was the van's interior was very dirty. Last year I rented a van to take our bike to Chicago, which she didn't go, but this year I have strict orders. No dirty van rental. We live in Keller Texas.

Wipe down the interior and vacuum. This was a new van that had less than 1,000 miles on it, so we were happy with it and how it drove; however, some cleaning should have been done in between customers.

Called uhaul costumer service because the mileage in and out was recorder wrong. Says we drove over 200 miles when there is no way we drove even over one hundred: our bill is twice as much as it should be. They connected me the the location that we rented from and they are saying it was recorded as is. I swear on my mother this so wrong and we are paying so much more for it. This is awful and so incredibly frustrating. I can't afford to spend an extra 100 dollars on something that was recorded wrong. Would love uhauls help because the location that we were referred to are being short and not helpful at all.

U-Haul website was down when I attempted to pickup my rental. This caused a delay of 4 hours and I had to reschedule my activities. Gary, at the pickup location, was courteous and apologetic and told me that U-Haul would credit me $50 on my invoice. However, that credit does not appear on the final invoice. I am very dissatisfied with U-Haul's website performance.

Let customer know that there is a documented electrical problem with Ford vans. The doors sometimes automatically lock after the engine has been turned off. I was locked out of the van with the keys on the drivers seat and both bomb dogs locked inside. Had to call 24hour roadside assistance.

Problem with billing. Beginning mileage was wrong by 64 miles on contract, I did not notice the discrepancy until check out. Contrat read 12202, when I left rental agency it was 12266 and ending reading 12901. Proprietor said he will look into it and get back to me. I am hopeful that he will but if not I will dispute this with American Express.

Have more experienced people deal with customers. We got charged twice and we got asked the same questions at least 4 times. I was on the phone for at least 30 min. reserving the u-haul. Then the location called me back two times because they needed more info.

The fact that I reserved a truck two months proir to the truck pick up date. Then received a call that said they did not have a truck for me was fustrating. Then on return call they had a truck in 2 hours away from my location I could use. When you have a schedule and long drive the extra drive to the new location was not wanted. We had to change the pick up date and never recieved a return call. After I called back twice I got the new location and information. I made a point of not being mean, yet when asked about the problem the phone person was not really nice. the truck was nice. Reserving it was a mistake, I will not recommend to anyone that they do so. Just go to larger pick up points to get a truck.

The people in Dassal were very very nice...Don't know if I get to rate the storage shed in St. Cloud but if not...I like the storage in Cloud but could not enter the area where you needed a passcode after 7 during the week and it caused me a lot of headache!!!! The people were always nice but it was an inconvenience that I was paying for!!

The person that assisted me did not tell me he was charging me for your insurance..which I paid for but did not want. Once i realized it, it ws too late and you got my money!!
