Travis LInterior not clean, ie.dirty floor boards. UHaul changed locations of truck a few hours before pick up time. This cause anxiety and little panic. It took several phone calls to resolve since my call was bounced around until I finally spoke to the correct person. I would urge extreme caution in using UHaul especially if using a large truck since demand is high and supply low.
Larry MI just dropped key off in the box never spoke with anyone, it was after hours.
Lakisha WLocation did not supply the appliance and general use handtrucks we reserved and paid for causing us to do an immediate search so we could move as scheduled.

DAVID MThe truck was not cleaned between customers. The cabin smelt heavily of cigarettes, the cup holders were covered in dirt and grime, and the floors had bits of food left along with a heavy coat of dirt.

Anthony HThe final location was great, but the 2 hours leading up to that were horrible. We booked a 7PM pickup at a Gresham location, only to discover that they don’t do after hours. This is despite the website saying they do, allowing the reservation and signs there saying it was 24/7. It took 30+ min on the phone (With UHaul) to figure this out. They put us in a 26’ at another location, which was way too big, so we requested a 15’ that we were told was available at another location. Switching to the 15’ was awful. We were first told it wasn’t available, right after we were told it was by someone else. The. Samuel has lots of issues booking it, and asked us to call back the next morning. Are you kidding me?! I told him that was not acceptable as we needed it an hour and a half earlier than it was. It then took another 20 minutes and tons of barriers to get it done. I felt as though the rep just wanted to go home and pass us off. This is horrible customer service. Major opportunity here...
Cody BWhen unloading my belongings out of the trailer provided by this location, I discovered that all my belongings were covered in a black residue that required me to wipe down everything and spray stain removal which didn’t work completely.

Tony HThe storage units are excellent and the manager great. But the trailer I rented was not hooked up properly by the young man who did it there. We were clueless that it wasn’t done right til into our trip the chains started dragging and our lights cable were sliced in half during the trip which made it more stressful as we were traveling on the weekend and I had to drive behind the car and trailer to serve as lights and signals in the awful rain. Then upon arrival at our house my things in the trailer were wet even with the dirt down latched and locked. I had boxes soaked a travel bag soaked and water halfway into the trailer thankfully I used a lot of plastic in wrapping but I had to throw away some extras that were wet and very disappointed for the extra work and wet boxes one of which had my expensive leather purses inside not cool and had I delayed opening the trailer very long I would have mold and there was a stench to the water in there especially on the right side of the trailer. My fiancé dropped off the trailer probably so I wouldn’t express my extreme disappointment in this experience....
