First off, the woman at the front counter great person did not negatively impact review at all she made it fast and easy to receive the truck. But truck sounded as if it was going to blow its motor on me from jump street. Very loud,very shaky then the pick up location did not have requested dollys. Not a big deal if they would have just substituted the missing utility dolly but I was sent 4.5 miles down the road and was 4.5 miles further than my home I was packing I estimated 12 miles of use ( 4.5 home, .25miles to storage, 4.5 to return equipment) ending up using 32 miles with having to go to another U-Haul facility ( on original pick up locations advice) and only had 10 miles taken off my trip when the total extra using was almost exactly 20 miles total. That rates the low score. Everything else was fine.
Dante WI don't know why I was charged so much when I changed the address for the drop off because my wife broke her leg and were stranded here from a car accident and we had no way to get back to TX.
Sheryl SThe truck was almost new so that was nice older man in store watching video on phone and volume up high had to end up doing transaction on lady's phone as computer would not connect…. The inside of truck was dirty
Peggy MThey did not have the truck I reserved. Then tried to send me to a different state to get a truck which turned out to also not been there. I had I get a smaller truck and it was disgusting. They did not clean it and they were unprofessional.
ASHLEIGH GI WAS ASKED TO BRING A TRAILER WITH ME AND WHEN I ARRIVED WAS TOLD TO PICK ONE OUT AND HOOK IT UP AS I WAS DOING A FAVOR TO UHAUL FELT LIKE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN HOOKED UP AND READY TO GUY. LUCKILY I HAD EXPERIENCE WITH TRAILERS AND HOW THEY HOOK UP I WOULD FEEL SORRY FOR ANYONE ELSE PUT IN THAT POSITION. I WOULD NOT HAVE AGREED TO $50 COMPENSATION HAD I KNOWN I WOULD BE THE ONE DOING ALL THE WORK TO HELP UHAUL OUT. I WILL LOOK ELSEWHERE IN THE FUTURE FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.FLAT RIGHT FRONT TIRE WHILE INSPECTING VEHICLE WAS NOT REASSURING WAY TO START.

Clarence CI choose contact-less pick up. This location does not have that option. If we were 15 minutes later we would not be able to pick up the truck. Truck had cigarette ashes in the door handle and the cup holder. Tires need attention. They were starting to bald. The customer service reps were very nice and friendly.
