MIA LI was overcharged for mileage, after-hours service fee, and cleaning fee.
NAOMI OThe truck was not clean smells horrible inside and really dirty when compared to my previous other uhaul truck. The air conditioning in the truck was not working. I have ordered a utility dolly and they lent an old rusty small personal dolly of their own which was of no use to me. A bad experience.
Sri SThe pick up process in your app and website was a failure. We could not complete the process so we did an online chat. We were told the truck we had reserved and were parked next to was no longer available because we had not picked it up at the exact appointed time. We waiting for the store to open, and the store employee was very helpful and got us the keys. The whole process took about an hour. This was a complete waste of time, and I doubt we will use U-Haul again

Gabrielle DIt would be helpful if a notation that the vehicles are located in the back of the building. There was a u-haul vehicle parked in front and I spent over 30 minutes on the phone trying to reach U-Haul to find out this vehicle was not the one I was to pick up.
Brian PMore easily viewable signage in the front of the business indicating it was the U-Haul location and that it was located in the rear of the building, would have saved time and been more reassuring.

Mario BThe owner of Pace High Carryout was lovely, and I have no issue with him or his business. With Uhaul however, I couldn't be more frustrated. Charged for 17 more miles than I drove, 4 more gallons of gas than I used, the truck had ZERO floor ties of any kind, and it's suspension was godawful, nearly ruining a $9k antique. Use Penske, every time.

Poppy TThe uhaul app is awful. I wasted a ton of time because of it not functioning as it should. Delayed between screens, gave errors when the information was actually saving. I am in IT and could barely tolerate the app. I can only imagine annolder person trying.
Donald CI had a great experience when I rented the first time with them. The truck was in great condition and the people were very friendly. I needed to rent the same size truck a week later, so I reserved from this location again. However the previous renters the day before didn't return the truck when they were supposed to. This location made sure to call us with several hours before our reservation letting us know what happened and giving us a number to call to change the location because they didn't want us to be screwed over. A wonderful experience and I would absolutely reccomend renting from this location.
Megan HQuick service and even gave a great recommendation to extend time a bit which was needed. Glad I chose this location among the others that were a bit closer to me than this one. Worth it for the great customer experience.

Nicholas WYour internet platform is terrible. First, the GPS kept saying I was in the wrong location and I had to use a friend's phone to pick up. When I dropped off, the option to take a photo of the odometer didn't work. Thank goodness the location could help me.
