The staff in Wellsburg is easy to work with, quick, and efficient. This location has easy returns on weekends too. I've used them at least 3 times and never had a problem.

The owner of the building was very unprofessional and behaved as if he was being inconvenienced for doing his job. Had a very cocky and arrogant attitude and hollered at me over the phone regarding payment methods.

Our experience with U-Haul in Wellsburg, West Virginia was top-notch. The people that we dealt with there Kim and Paul were excellent to work with. We will most definitely get them the next time. We have to rent From U-Haul.

The rate for a small truck should NOT be the same for a large one. Especially if that is all that is available.

PB Rentals and Storage, especially Paul Billiard was exceptional in his level of service. He explained everything thoroughly, explained the type of hitch I needed , provided it at a modest price and installed it. He then further turned it around so I was headed in the direction of my home. Assistant Kimberly was also extremely efficient and friendly. My thanks to them both for their help.
