I had to pay .40 cents for the extra mile. When technically that was just bringing it to drop it off. I was given 39 miles and it doesn't take all 39 miles to get to Owatonna from Northfield.

Absolutely nothing keep doing exactly what you guys are doing thank you so much for going above and beyond to help me be able to get access to the U-Haul to be able to move out of our home this weekend the the gentleman that works there was really nice very helpful and was able to move things around to make our moving a lot less stressful with the access to the U-Haul thank you again I greatly appreciate how prompt you guys were how helpful with the process being able to switch things around and accommodate our needs even when it was the tight fit TimeWise you still made it happened

I rented a 6x12 trailer, needing a little over 5ft at the gate to load what I needed. However, despite being advertised as a 6ft wide trailer - which it is at the center of the trailer - the entry/gate portion is less than 5ft wide which prevented me from using the trailer at all.

I was scheduled to dropoff at Faribault, but uhaul switch dropoff location without checking with me. I want my money back or to be paid to deliver your trailer to a location different from the one I agreed too when I rented the trailer. Refund me my money.

The owner worked with us to make sure we had it on the day we needed and made accommodations to make it convenient for us. Unfortunately The vehicle wouldn't go over 40 miles a hour on the way to our destination on the way back it said it was going 55 but family was following behind and still wasn't going much over 40. I told location they were Very kind and said they would let owner know.

They weren't even open today and I got lucky he was around! I scheduled a truck for today from the mineral springs location and they gave me a bad truck. I was on the phone a lot until I finally waited outside the Hoffman road location around 2pm, thinking they were going to open. He told me he had a family event I believe, so they weren't opening today. He only took like 10 mins tops to check a truck out for me. Really appreciate it! I should leave a bad review for the other location in mineral springs. I sat around for 3 hours because of them.

Was a snowstorm when I was returning the truck and was going to be half hour late before I would be able to get truck back and the owner stayed there after hours on a Saturday to return truck.This site goes above and beyond they do a great job here.

In the winter, there is no snow removal so when you drive up to the location, you don't know where the driveway is and might just turn into the curb. Also last September there was a breakin and my unit was broken into. Almost all my stuff was stolen. With all the cameras inside and out, with a security entry pad, the thieves got in. Finally when I moved out, KO refused to return my deposit saying they had no record of my deposit but that's because when I first rented the unit this rental place was owned by a different company and KO purchased the business last year. So all customers who rented from the previous owner will not get back their deposit. NO I will not recommend this location or KO storage.

This was the nicest facility I have dealt with! The phone was always answered when I called, the people were super nice and helpful, the lot was always plowed and accessible in winter and they were willing to remove ice built up in front of my door if I needed to get into my unit. The keypad and security gate were always in working order. I had my items stored there for 3 years and I always felt safe due to all the safety measures in place as well as they were on-site a lot. Best experience I’ve had with a storage facility.
