SABRINA HThe Uhaul APP itself needs to improve and STOP changing the location where a customer requests a pickup from. If we make a reservation for a specific location, and that location actually has what we reserved, then there is no need to change our reservation to what suits Uhaul! Uhaul needs to recognize this and STOP moving the reservations on their customers or Uhaul will find their customers going to another business.

Arthur LThe staff at the Broad street location in Augusta Ga were very unprofessional and rude and I was told to go to another location after I told the guy he was being rude to me and hung up on me and I tried to callback several times and the call was being send somewhere else. I went to the Wrightsboro road locations and received very great customer service.
Lakeisha TProblems were not with location. Truck we reserved (20') was delivered to location on Friday morning for a Saturday morning rental. Friday nite, the truck was hauled off (by Uhaul contractor) for maintainance without telling local agent, stranding the renter without their truck for the weekend. Frantic calls to "management" went unanswered, and when finally answered, got the world-famous "I don't know"..Local operator said this is standard company response. After 3 hours, local operator found another 20' truck, some 30 miles away, but that company quoted a MUCH higher rate for the rental. Agent we were originally getting the truck from finally got someone to transfer the truck to her site, but I had to drive to get the truck and drive back to her lot to legally take control of the truck. Total lack of communications and help from whomever was at the regional level. Local agent was good, did everything she could to get us the truck. Regional people (boss down to computer hacks) should read book "Peter Principal". They are it!!!!

Jerold LFind another rental service. Although the cashier was very helpful other customer service representative were not. My hats off to her but the other ones were pitiful especially the one in Trenton who supposedly close at 12 but closed at 11. After opening at 10

Carolyn PThe pick up location was absolutely horrible took us 45 minutes to get the vehicle we got there at 10:58 at night We signed up for the 24 hour service it was absolutely insanely difficult to operate I am never one to complain but this system definitely needs some working on!

Lisa BThe U-Haul representative at this location was outstanding and went above and beyond the call of duty in making sure I was able to get the truck without having to leave my car on site. The representative was also responsive to anything that I needed as well. The 26 foot truck was a beast and handled very well everything that the bad roads could throw at it. A very tough truck indeed. No other truck this size (26') can beat the low deck making it easier to load and unload. My move went very well and would definitely use U-Haul again and especially the U-Haul location that I used here in Aiken 29805 location. The best!

JOHN EGreat location to food motels gas . 1/2 mile from exit 22 off I- 20 ## warning ## please Drive slow and carefully around here many Critters around .. and cats .. be respectful And pay attention .. great people here to Help .
William FThe rental location is 10 miles out of town. I spent most of my milage fees just getting to town and back to the rental location. An allowance on milage should be made when a rental location is so far away.
