Everything was great except for a small mistake that was made. Make sure you VERIFY ALL aspects of the rental (from the condition of the truck to the payment you are using to rent the truck)

Joseph HErroneous double charge for an additional $340 showed up on my account today. I already paid for the original transaction in full and the rental was completed over 5 days ago.

clifford dThe appliance dolly was an issue. I ask the rep at that was checking me out if the dolly was working properly he said yes. I got it to my house and attempted to use it and one of the D rings was missing and was not able to use. I called the rep and he attempted to get me another, the main store was not answering and he got the 800 uhaul and he was told to send me to that dealer they had 5 in stock. When I arrived at the dealer, the rep that assisted me was furious that I was there to take of of theirs and had not gotten a call. The rep at this location tried to give me one that was somewhat broken and I asked for the working one and he again got very irate. This was not a very easy experience and very uncomfortable for me being placed in the middle of the management issues.
Francine MI had to go to another location because they said they didn't have room for the trailer. Very inconvenient and disappointing. Took time out of my busy day.
Jeffrey HCustomer service was excellent. Cargo van was infested with roaches. Seemed like it may have been recently "fogged" with insect killer, but the roaches prevailed.

John BLocation was great, however, we had booked starting at 12pm and even received a confirmation email with the correct time. But when we went to pick it up, it said 4:45pm. So, we had to call and get it fixed! Definitely a delay! Other than that, all was well!

Veronica MReserved a dolly along with a truck. My mistake was not checking the truck to make sure the dolly was included before I left. I didn't have the equipment I had reserved for the entirety of my purchase and was still charged for it. I called once I realized the error so my bill could be corrected and I never received a call back. Upon return of the truck I told them once again that I had called and no dolly was included with my rental and if I could get that refunded since I was not able to use it. I was told no and then charged for the equipment that I never had possession of, very disappointing and poor customer service.
Dana OThe mobile phone 24/7 vehicle checkout needs to be streamlined and made easier. I had to take my selfie (step 1) 9 times before the program told me it was clear and I could move to next photo. Luckily the photo of front of driver license was easy, then it wanted a SCAN of the back of the license...why not a PHOTO? I was told later that day by an employee that there was a "link" on the phone screen to allow it to scan...I looked for it and didn't see it. Couldn't continue because I couldn't scan. Why can't the photos of the license be done ahead of time and uploaded when the reservation is made, rather than at pickup? It's not the first time I've had issues with this 24/7 checkout. Luckily the checkin went just fine, taking and uploading pix of the interior and exterior of the vehicle...except it was raining at the time. This system needs to be reviewed and made easier and quicker.

Rhonda Doffice opened late. the truck had problems with a tire out of balance. it was a very rough ride. there is no way this was not reported by the previous renter. there was a very newer truck available, but he went to the back and brought out this truck which was not road ready.

Holli SIt's hard to reserve & rent the pick up truck. We had to wait for one to be available. After our 2 day rental, We didn't finish moving & needed to keep the truck for another day. We couldn't because there were no more that size. The pick up just isn't available very mch.

Randy CReturned Sunday when they were closed which was one day late. Got charged for two days because it was an hour past 24 hours late. Also added charges for cleaning even though it was spotless and for returning when they were closed. From now on I will stick to Penske rentals because Uhaul is a joke of a company.

Thomas HAttendant was not helpful just told us to call 1 800 number....then waiting over an hr on the line no one answered we figured it out on our own......not customer friendly if issues come up.......
