Christopher C.The location was fine. However, we had a major ice and snowstorm the night I moved. I was literally snowed in and I tried explaining that to Uhaul but I still kept getting messages that I needed to return the equipment as though I stole it. That's not ok!!

STACY D.I tried to rent a uhaul from them and didn't have what I wanted. So instead he went online and found the vehicle I needed a reserve it for and did the paper work for the other place. Made sure everything was paid for so that when drove across Springfield Missouri, all I had to do was show my id check out the vehicle and got me back on the road. Thank you for your service.

They are always professional and very accommodating. It is really nice to be able to trust and rely on a friendly face that is always going to come through with your hauling needs.

Fortunately for me I was referred to the U-Haul authorized dealer Steve @ 4319 W Chestnut Expressway Springfield MO. He was able to rent me a U-Haul for 1 day which is all I needed. I was very thankful & appreciative. Steve was very nice @ funny & professional. Business clean easy to find & close to several gas stations & main highways. Nothing to improve. Thank you

Mike N.Your pricing is extremely high. you're charging to rent the vehicle, your charged for mileage, and fuel. A 52 mile 3hour use and a quarter of a tank of fuel and it cost me $ 1225.00 Over the top in my opinion. But since this is about money no improvements will be made.
