Jeffrey KWinter hours aren't long enough and the equipment I rented was defective (crack in the windshield that was not taken care and only grew when I tried to use the uhaul) and I was unable to pick up my stuff and transport it to the secondary location due to feeling unsafe in the uhaul.

Sue GThere was battery issues with the truck I had rented. It was already started when I got to the Uhaul place. When I got home and stopped it and went inside and came back out the truck wouldn’t start. Had to wait on roadside assistance for 1 hour. Decided to bring truck back to Uhaul early due to not wanting it to die again on me.
Manton KI don’t remember the man’s name but he explained the over mileage charges and was very helpful. I let him know I was not happy with additional mileage charge.

KYLE BOne Stop Rent All provided great service, and this issue is not their issue. There are many U-Haul locations within our area and I selected one closer to our home (within 5 miles). I ended up driving 24 miles one way to pick up the trailer I rented. I'm not certain why equipment could not be moved around to other locations to ensure availability of equipment for rental at each site.
Stephen SI honestly can't think of anything that would have made it better. They did great.
chris sI was late by an hour and fifteen minutes and charged me more than half of what i paid upfront. Called and asked if they could lower it or take the late fee away and they were not help.

MICHAEL LTrailer had mixed tire sizes on it causing unsafe Towing. Had to deal with customer service for 5 hours to get resolved. Only had trailer for 2 of 3 days and was charged for all 3 days. Never should've had to pY for any of it
