BENJAMIN Htrailer crank needed lubrication.
Everett BEverything was great except for the U-Haul system trying to switch the drop off location from the nearby Sanford location to Midland which is 15-20 minutes away. We did not appreciate having to insist with the U-Haul representative that our contract allowed us to drop off the trailer at Sanford. He eventually agreed to the dropoff as per the contract terms.

MARK KI made a last minute reservation for the trailer online. When I got there, the trailer was there. Your system works and is invaluable to this customer. The rental center was quick and efficient. The trailer was clean and functional. Owner was helpful and professional. Great experience!
Bill KLocation was fine, staff helpful. I did have an issue with uhaul as a whole for putting an e-alert on my account for no reason. Was on hold for almost an hour once I got there just for them to answer and fix the issue faster than I could provide my name. This should have popped up when reserving so it could have been handled ahead of time. Or better yet, not been an issue to begin with since there wasn't actually an issue.

John WOil or grease any moving parts that need simple oiling or greasing for maintenance. My rachet straps on car hauler trailer were very hard to racket, little spray of W-D 40 worked like a charm.

Jeffrey KWinter hours aren't long enough and the equipment I rented was defective (crack in the windshield that was not taken care and only grew when I tried to use the uhaul) and I was unable to pick up my stuff and transport it to the secondary location due to feeling unsafe in the uhaul.

Sue GThere was battery issues with the truck I had rented. It was already started when I got to the Uhaul place. When I got home and stopped it and went inside and came back out the truck wouldn't start. Had to wait on roadside assistance for 1 hour. Decided to bring truck back to Uhaul early due to not wanting it to die again on me.

Sharon GUhaul online services wouldn't work on locations computer. Had to complete check in on managers phone and did not receive a printed copy of my receipt.

KYLE BOne Stop Rent All provided great service, and this issue is not their issue. There are many U-Haul locations within our area and I selected one closer to our home (within 5 miles). I ended up driving 24 miles one way to pick up the trailer I rented. I'm not certain why equipment could not be moved around to other locations to ensure availability of equipment for rental at each site.
