Your online menu for return needs improvement. I did not receive anything information regarding the return process. The location charged fuel charges though the vehicle was returned at the same fuel level. The location charged for 1.8 gallons of fuel when driven distance was 11 miles only. If a math is done, a vehicle with 18 MPG can never consume 1.8 gallons of fuel for 11 miles only. To avoid instances like this, please always provide a vehicle with full tank.Pranav P.

The mileage I used is 10 miles.U Haul I borrowed a lot, but I have never seen a place where lies like this.It's my fault that I didn't check the gas display.However, I returned it with 1.5 gallons of gas for 10 miles, but the scale was not correct.Charged 3 gallons.This is a very bad behavior to take advantage of the customer carelessness.I will not use this place again, so please take a picture.The bottom line is I think I was stolen.Soontae H.

They did not have the truck I reserved and did not offer any compensation. The truck was very dirty and smelled strongly like cigarettes. I did not feel safe so I went across the street to buy cleaner , lysol and a microfiber cloth. I spent 15 minutes cleaning the truck before I drove off. The cab had trash in it and I was charged for gas when I filled the tank. I was given trouble returning the truck when I was told that I could return it around 8. I brought it back at 7. 10 out of 10 would not recommend this place.Matthew L.

We weren't sure when we pulled into the lot but the staff were very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The truck had many miles on it but it did very well on the trip. We were told if the back was dirty, they would clean it out...while it was one person by herself. It was ean...as was the dollies we rented. We would definitely go back.Kevin F.

When I arrived to pick up the truck, "the system was down." I feel for the owners of the store because Uhaul's entire system was bogged down and inaccessible, leaving me and an untold number of other travelers stranded. Uhaul customer service could only offer "try turning it off and on again." I was encouraged to go away and wait an indefinite period of time. Two bad Uhaul experiences back to back.Jennifer H.

The truck was not ready, Keyes we're not found until 30 minutes after we arrived. The person helping was by herself also in charge of the market. She kept having customers and was unable to help us for 30 minutes. She was very polite though. We were given the keys and then they told us to stop because they left equipment in the truckMaximino V.

I was very happy with this facility, they went to another facility and picked up the car carrier for me and attached it to the 26â€ mover I was renting and boy was I lucky, the vehicle was NEW with only 86 miles on it, it ran smoothly all the way from CA to NC, staff was GREAT.Benjamin B.

This was my worst nightmare. The day before, U-Haul changed my location 20 minutes away from me. I was forced to now pickup my truck at a liquor mart. When I arrived at 8am the location was still closed. I called customer service to complain. While I was waiting, one of the people who was there said that the person who runs the liquor mart is late everyday. On top of that, it was apparently her birthday and she most likely went out the night before. The owner came to unlock the doors at 8:30am which forced me to also push back my movers. Absolutely unacceptable.Rajeev P.

I was given a broken furniture dolly. The driver door would not close completely so as I drove down the freeway it sounded almost as loud as if the window was down. The truck had graffiti on the side and one of the wood tie down rails was broken off. Also I left my fastrak transponder on the dash and when we called 15 minutes after dropping it off to come back and get it, they said they couldn't find it. Hmm... The associate who helped us as we picked up the truck was very nice.david D.

Terrible customer service, promises things like a redund/credit that we never received and they refused to give, truck is old with terrible steering, suspension and tires. The location is at a liquor store and we were told â€œwe have to help all other customers making a purchase before you and if someone walks in they have priority which led to the 58 minute wait to pick it up and 40 min wait to drop off. We will be in need for another truck soon and my trust in uhaul has gone out the door. We will surely shop around before renting from your company again.Justin S.

Next time save your customers the hastle of wasting their time by going to AMERIGO DMV services. I made a reservation for 9 am and waited till 9:40 am but no one showed up to open the business. Even though their google listing said they open at 9:00 am. Luckily I called Uhal and was referred to this spot which was fast and easy. The staff is friendly and professional.Jose P.

this place call me stating the truck wasn't return and I told them that I dropped the truck and the keys int he night box, the lady went to check it out and said everything was fine, then she charge me extra because it was dropped off after hours, when the truck was there since one night before. We got 26' truck. I drove it from Fullerton to Huntington Beach. It was in very bad shape, shaking very hard & it has over 153,000 miles. I returned it to HB branch the following morning. I got (2) 10' trucks instead. We had to rent a third truck from different company. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH U-HAUL!!Faten T.

Then upon returning she was not even present and had to be contacted via telephone to process my return. I was told to wait until she called back before I could finish my return, I stated I did not have time to wait. I was told that I would receive an email receipt with my final charges of which I have yet to receive and it has been several hours.
