The back of the truck had to be swept out before we could start filling it. But I returned it with dog hair in the front so fair trade! Lol

All we did was drop off the truck and the keys at this location. Parked the truck and put the keys in the Dropbox which was clearly marked.

The trailer had wheels out of balance or something that caused it to vibrate terribly above 45 mph. It was the wort 17 hour ride of my life. Your maintenance program leaves much to be desired.

Location was fine. Uhaul was not. I was quoted $252.00 for equipment rental. I was actually charged $660. I felt this was very deceitful and I wouldn't recommend uhaul to anyone after that.

Put an exhaust fan in the shop, the exhaust fumes were extremely bad. I felt bad for the technician's that had to work in those conditions. I had a headache by the time I left.

Everything went well, I just underestimated the gas when I returned. Which was on me, overall everything was fine. On my account it says status unknown instead of returned. Which I don't understand that, i hope it is just in a changing phase, but i think it should immediately say retrieved, returned, or something to indicate it was. I guess the survey conveys that along with e mail receipt I can't seem to open on my phone (galaxy 7), from e mail.
