Drop off people were GREAT!!!
Brian StottsVery dirty location. Did not even check me in just took the keys and said I was all good. Then I asked for my deposit and he said he didn’t have any money on him. Was only customer and it took about an hour. Finally said he would send me a check for my deposit Whatever Both locations need a lot of work

Vikki SuttonThe location was 30 minutes out of my way from my intended destination and it was very hard to find the location. I was notified the evening prior of this drop off location due to my be destination being full. I was sent a text link with the address only. When this was put into Google maps. The finally destination kept saying it was a different location than intended. I then had to call for the name of the location and was still unable to locate the drop off this requiring a 2nd call after wasting 10 minutes driving around. The only way we were able to locate the place was we found a picture on Google. The place is nothing but a shipping container with nothing to show it was a U-Haul location on the side of the highway. I pulled into the area and then still had to call the phone number for someone to assist me. When I went to hand him the paperwork he said I don't need that but I can take it. I told him I wanted to ensure it was returned and that I was no longer responsible. After leaving the location I called U-Haul to let them know that I dropped the trailer at the location just to confirm because I wasn't sure that it would be done.

Frank HutchisonCar hauler was in very bad condition. Tires were dry rotted. Had a blow out on one of the tires and was stranded on a very busy highway for 4 hours.
BILLY MCKEEHANThe man was very nice but the door didn’t work very good which explains why it let water in during our trip in a rain storm and soaked everything towards the rear of the trailer , dirty , wet and soggy 1/3 of our belongings were . Very disappointed with the equipment can’t say anything bad about either location . Just sorry I got the bad trailer and this has never happened with U-Haul from my experience and I’ve rented off them a lot .

CHRISTI SKAGGSThe older male representative that helped me was very slow. Typed with one finger. He wasn’t very knowledgeable either. It was also hard to find this location. The pick up time extended longer than it should if you add the time it took to find the location and how long it took the representative to type up my rental agreement. I do not recommend to pick up from this location unless you are have no other choice.
Jermaine ClarksonIt took close to an hour to check out. Not all equipment that we paid to rent was even there. What was there was old and worn but still did the job. The truck only had a quarter tank of gas. The people working the uhaul place had no idea what they were doing. I had to go in and help use their computer to check the truck back in so that I could check the truck out. Maps pulls the location up at the wrong spot and it was very sketchy.
NICHOLAS CHASTANGLocation was very muddy from recent rain. Gravel where the trailers are parked would help. Very friendly and helpful staff.

sandy rewThere was no-one present which is not an issue, but there is extremely limited space to drop off equipment. Trailer drop off was especially difficult due to the slope of the property and small space available for equipment drop off.

Shawn LeeThe person helping me was great... very knowledgeable, and friendly. He knew what he was doing... Unforuntely, The truck I was given seemed like it had not been moved in a very long time. It was dirty in the cab. and ran a little rough. Ended up the truck leaked water into attic and bed area and damaged a couple of our peices.

Sharron WoodI ordered all 3 kinds of dollys & blankets. Bad enough that I got there & there was issues on which truck was mine. But not a single dolly or blanket. The guys there called the owner & her said I could wait a few hours but again they don’t do anything but the trucks at this location. I got a from the owner assuring me I would not be charged for the dollys & blankets. I was charged & never refunded. I have text the owner & he won’t reply. Please look at my pictures upon rental. I want refunded for them. I have texts with the owner, as well as pictures of the truck. This is horrible customer service!

Randall MiltonThe whole experience was bad. We were moved to a different city for pickup. No one notified us that there was no furniture dollies at new location. Uhaul only added 15 miles. After calling in we were suppose to receive a $50 credit which was never given.

Jamey JenkinsHe gave me the wrong rental agreement but the right equipment. I was quoted ~$80.00 online to rent one way a 5’X8’ trailer and the contract said ~$77. When I dropped it in Fayetteville y’all charged me over $187 for it and I’m very very upset. It’s wrong and needs to be fixed.
