The equipment was clean. We noticed some damage on the roof of the truck, and had to improvise with some duck tape, but it was a minor issue.

The truck smelled like a blunt and their was some type of liquid on the ground of the passenger side. There was also a chicken bone on the dashboard. Also, I paid for furniture blankets but they never put them in there.

Rep stated that he could see in the system,I didn't request for additional coverage on my initial reservation but did not issue a refund for the charge when I called yesterday (5-27-23). Instead, he put me on hold to contact the dealer, where the new reservation was made, further wasting my time. The whole point of me contacting u haul directly regarding the neighborhood dealer being unprofessional and overcharging me was to be issued my refund immediately and inform them of what was occuring under their name. This dealer never asked me to ADD coverage. He redid my reservation on his own because he wanted to leave before normal business hours which was 5pm. I had to replan my day due to him not being able to uphold his business hours. This was the first strike to never using u haul services again. Furthermore, adding coverage without asking and charging my card for a amount more than originally discussed is ridiculous. I told him they quoted me around $45-50 for the trip on the call confirming my initial reservation so for him to do that was intentional. Lastly, I put several gallons of gasoline over what was initially in the truck. I have a video of the amount which was slightly above the half full amount on the dashboard. If I had bought the truck back with no gas, I'm sure I would have been charged severely over for every gallon missing. However, I was told I would not receive my money back for my gas or credit. I will NEVER use U-Haul again and I will be disputing the charges. Good day

Maintain your vehicles better. The truck was disgusting. There was a homeless person sleeping in it when I picked it up. There was trash on the floor. An overpowering smell of urine inside the cab made the drive almost unbearable. All in all, I hope to never use this service again. Also, the vehicle made a horrible grinding noise when accelerating making me feel unsafe.

It took me an hour to try to complete the smartphone option for pickup. The lock on the 15 in truck would not open, Customer service moved us to the 10 ft truck but still charged me for 15 truck, did not add take off an hour - it was big inconvenience- we had to make 2 extra trips than we had planned. It took longer and required more gas expenses. As a result of that we had to extend the rental. Then had to turn around and rent another truck a couple of hours later under Christyn Mulberry name. The moving guys we hired through your website showed up late and provided one guy instead of two(and the one guy brought his 12 year old son). He didnt show up to unload truck for 46 minutes - the trip took only 17 minutes.

Totally unacceptable as to the length of time it takes to check in and drive out with a U Haul truck. Everything else was fine but the long wait in checking in and the hoops to jump through to return the truck make dealing with U Haul very difficult and will lead me to look to other rental companies.

It is totally disheartening to be estimated a total of 36 dollars and some change and then when I get to uhaul it is 165.00. No where near the price said. It is totally puzzling why a person does online booking to get to the place and no key be in the truck. The craziness went on and on. Too much to even write. The whole experience was not professional and a mess. I have used uhaul many times before and never experienced what I experienced this time and I am not happy at all. Please do better.

I needed furniture dollies and furniture blankets. When I called this location, the person told me they would put these items in the back of the truck, and everything would be ready when I arrived. I used the 24/7 for an early pickup. The dollies and blankets were not in the truck; I called the office number at 930 am (opens at 10 am), and the guy told me he would check and call me back. I never received a callback, so I waited till 10 am, and no one showed up to open the office. I called again, the guy said I needed to call "James". I called James who told me they do not rent dollies or blankets. Now I am 45 minutes behind schedule to find out they don't rent this kind of equipment. My phone dropped the call with James, he texted me saying "Thanks for hanging up on my face". I had the worst moving experience; I will not rent from U-Haul again and I will not recommend U-Haul. Thank you. Have a wonderful day.

The inside was fairly clean, with a few marks here and there, but OK, The truck seemed fairly new on the external. The tire light would not go off and was on when rented. I did not like the self-check process, I had to figure out too many steps. It was hot and deserted looking. The website would not connect to my location, I had to spend at least 45-60 minutes getting through the steps and speaking with customer service. Finally had to download the app, and it was a lot just to find the keys.

The pickup process was easy and convenient. Two furniture dolly’s I ordered were not present and it was after hours so I had to do more manual labor then I’d have liked.

Very convenient location downtown. It's important to contact the owners if you want to pick up a truck outside of working hours (10:00 - 17:00).

Arrived here to return my U-Haul rental truck. There was no one on property. I had to leave my keys in a dropbox. Later on was charged for an unknown charge. Tried to contact this location and they could not tell me what the charges were for. Told me to contact U-Haul customer service. I have not received any information on this charge.

When I arrived the location was locked… the item request including the correct dolly and moving blankets were not available and the truck used was poor condition. The truck itself smelled of smoke, was extremely dirty and showed evidence of a exterior damage. In addition the truck was in 1/3 tank of gas, the inside lights did not work and there was grime and dirt all over the trucks cab.

It was a lot easier to rent and pick up then we had expected. Great experience. For improvement all I could suggest was some signs for where to park the Uhaul when returning the truck.

Only thing I would say is to hire more customer service representatives to answer calls pertaining to road sde assistance. Stayed on hold too long. I needed help and was out in the dark with my daughter and couldn't get Road side assistance for awhile.

Put ramps in the 10’ trucks so you can walk in and out instead of having to step up or down with a heavy load. Otherwise friendly service I will use U-Haul again James Douglas at on time bail bonds location was amazing very professional.
