Start with having a person available to help and service the customer. This on line crap is for the birds. We had a terrible time getting the key for the U haul. A lot of misunderstanding and communication. We're very disappointed and will not ever rent on line again.

COREY HGet more of a variety of vehicles. This is usually out of the control of the owner so uhaul needs to step it up. It cost me more money because I had to drive 45 minutes out of my way just to rent a uhaul which put me over the mileage I was alloted.
