Put a nice salesman in there. He wasn't very friendly, but maybe that's just the way he is. Everything went good though.

Ryan MRear passenger tire was flat, I informed the U-Haul representative. He told me he would air it up, then to go home and call roadside assistance. I pointed out there was another similar vehicle I could take, he refused. So I went home and called roadside assistance. Very unprofessional, the place is run-down and I didn't feel safe having my family there.
TRAVIS KBrand new truck, drives like a dream! Seats were nasty with white dog hair and grass all over them, black seats and I was wearing clean black clothes! Water in floors. Someone's personal folder with checks and personal information was left under passenger seat fell out and hit my son's foot. No one cleaned that truck before I got it! I took that folder in to manager! No, I will not use that location again! It was farther than the location my reservation was set up for so I should not have been charged for the excess miles to go get it or take it back! That should have been comped to me!
LETA BLooked like the store was closed.. smells different inside . I walked in and said I was dropping off the truck all he said was ok give me one minute he walks outside comes back in then says ok your all done.. that's it no paperwork no signature nothing just felt a little weird
DURSILLA MThe truck had no AC. I left in the am before AC was needed and when I went to turn it on it did not work. They did not notify me. It was 108 degrees outside that day. When I told him he shrugged his shoulders and me an did not say a word.
REBECCA GThe owner is very rude. Gave me a run around about the card that I use every time I go to U-Haul. Rushed me out of the car when I returned and was trying to do my online check-in.

CHRISTINA FLocation was conveniently close to my house, check in and out went smooth. My only complaint was I ended up getting the 7 dollar orange dollie that didn't work for us. My fault not the dollie. I loved the experience as a whole and got a 2 bedroom house moved for under 100 dollars so it was definitely a win. ¡Gracias!

Rebecca JTruck was dirt, I advised clerk that I was allergic to pet dandruff. I asked for another truck and was told no. This is the second bad experience I have had with this location. If I wasn't in dire need of the truck I would have left. I would like to speak to a customer service representative

Crystal RI was a fewvdollars off on the fuel level so when she said I would be charged $75 dollars if the fuel wast exactly where it was when I rented it. So, I run right up to the corner store to get gas ( mind you it wasn't even a mile) and when I returned that clerk wanted to charge me an additional 65.00 because I was over mileage. Never will I get another rental from that location.
Pamela HThe facility itself was dirty inside and the truck didn't have a hitch which was the entire reason I rented it (so I could pull a trailer). I understand that's my fault, but I haven't ever rented one that didn't have that feature before this one. The people were nice and efficient, I appreciated that I didn't have to wait a long time.

beth pUpon return inspection, the attendant tried to tell me I hadn't put in enough gas, even when I showed him a picture of the level when I climbed in. He still tried to argue, saying there were six pips when I got the van. I counted out the six pips of gas for him and he still was begrudging but relented. I do not appreciate being treated in such an accusatory way, and everyone I know will be hearing about it.
Hannah RInside of cab looked like a coke exploded so we had to wipe it down. The box of the truck was not swept out so we took time out of our day and cleaned your truck so we could load our home in it! I was worried about roaches and bedbugs U-haul made those dreams a reality. Paying this much money to rent a truck do better U-haul do better! I feel like you owe us a partial refund for our efforts…

James SThe truck had a low tire pressure, the people were not friendly, and then they tried to charge me for 5 gallons of gas when I only drove 11 miles and replaced gas I used. This overpayment was corrected by uhaul customer service. I had pictures of the mileage and gas gauge before and after. Will not EVER use this location again and do not recommend to anyone!

Amma JI will NEVER use Uhaul again. This was a total nightmare. I live in a small town & there are 2 Uhsul locations here. Neither one had any trucks so I had to maje my reservation at the next closest one which was 30 miles away, then day of pickup, they did not have my truck or any others for me and sent me to another location. I get to that one and they don't have my truck but they have a larger one and tried to charge me for the larger truck. This was supposed to be an in town rental bc my move was only 5 miles apart. I was quoted at $93 and at drop off was charged $178 bc they charged me for mileage picking up the truck and dropping it off. I'm more than fine paying for the miles used IN TOWN but how is it my fault uhaul only had trucks OUT of my town and that's where I was forced to get the truck from? Thats 60 miles total added to Mt bill that is completely out of my choice or control!
Spring CThis was an amazing experience!! The male and female running the store were so nice and he even helped me out and swept it out for me because I have a new baby! Super amazing and the process was so simple and stress free. 100% my best experience with U-HAUL.

Besada IThe truck was very dirty. The cab had dog fur, or some kind of fur in the seats and smelled like cigarettes. It was also very dirty in the back of the truck too. When I cleaned the back of the truck I was definitely cleaning someone else's mess.

Jonathan JUhaul trucks make for an uncomfortable moving trip. The seats are lumpy, I'll fitting and the gas and brake pedals do not align to the normal sitting position. My legs tire something terrible in these trucks. But I'm all moved.
