Although the people were nice, it was very far out of my way. I picked up the truck in London and had to drive over an hour to Alvinston for the tow dolly.

COREY MThe agent who called was great, informed me that my pick up location was changed, with lots of time to adjust my plans, that was greatly appreciated. Jen at the pick up location was so helpful and friendly, and made sure everything was hooked up properly. Everyone was super easy to deal with and so helpful.

mark eThere was a guy there, and he took the keys, so that was awesome - but then he left, and we weren't aware that we had to send pictures of the clean truck while doing the online return. We asked if he could do the return, and he said no and left. You should probably tell your customers when they pick the truck up, to take a picture of the gas gage and mileage, and the cleanliness of the truck for the return.
TIFFANY WHad to pay extra mileage when I booked it close by and booked it 2 weeks prior to when I needed it and had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to pick up the truck and 30 minutes back not happy will never rent a truck again.
Nichole BI will never book a UHaul again. Even though the people at the Alvinston location were amazing there was a truck as I had stated to customer service right in my home town. However U-Haul had me on the phone for hours trying to rectify an error on their part and I still had to drive over a half hour away to puck up a truck, when I had rented a trailer. The final man I dealt with with U-Haul was the only person in the hour wasted that actually was able to assist me. Never again

Kyle PClerk did not know how to properly fill out the rental form. I ended up having to pay more than I was quoted and they did not give me the extra time and mileage I was promised when my pickup date was changed a day earlier so ended up paying a late fee and over mileage fee. Which was an extra $70.

pedro kTo improve for the next customer it would be business professional to have your website maintained and make it unable for a customer to rent a truck from a location that doesn't in fact have a truck of that size. To allow this non sense is to cause last minute stress and havoc for your customers when a uhaul representative calls one day before need of truck to inform the customer who is paying hundreds of dollars for your rental service that they need to pick the truck up from another location . Recently I encountered this issue but on top of it was informed that this secondary location that I was now being forced to travel an extra distance to was closed on the day that I needed it and had to make a Jimmy rigged plan with the store owner on how to receive the keys to a truck that was located at a closed store . This could have put me at risk to being responsible if something happened as it was MY name on the order. I strongly believe I deserve a refund for the poor customer service and the unorganized business etiquette that was displayed during my uhaul experience.
