This drop off location was closed. They didn't receive in our unit on the day it was returned and in doing so cost us extra time. We had to contact customer service with time stamped, dated pictures to get a refund, which was a major inconvenience. The hold time, and the fact that it took well over an hour on the phone with transfers to get this completed was very annoying.

Getting everything set up was quick and easy. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and helped me get what I needed. The storage area was well kept and felt clean and safe. There was a gate key, another key to access inside units, and then a key to the unit lock so was quite secure and I never had an issue. ¡Gracias!
