I love this U-Haul location. The guys were so nice and helpful, and the process was so much easier than a more formal U-Haul place. would definitely use this location again, and recommend it to my friends!

Nothing Even with an issue with a pick up location, the service from U-Haul was outstanding. The satellite location pick up in Riverhead NY. The individual did not speak or write English. He was not able to complete the required contract. Your agent was very professional and was able aid me over the phone.

The employee was friendly and helpful, but the truck wasn’t there when we arrived for pickup so we left and came back. Overall we got the truck almost an hour and a half later than scheduled and the truck itself was filthy inside and stunk both in the cab and outside of the cab.

The staff was friendly and helpful. What surprised me the most however was how clean the rented Uhaul was. Definitely recommend this location since they’re also open on the weekends.

Trailer was advertised as 4ft 9 inches opening. It is actually 4ft 7 inches, so wasn't able to use it. Location refused to refund the 2 day rental for misrepresentation. Wont be using this location again.

The site did not check in my rental until over 2 hours after I dropped it off; this resulted in being charged a double rental period. I had to call U-Haul customer service to get a refund. I don’t know if this was accidental or intentional.

The truck was dirty before me and they charge me the cleaning fee, and in the beginning the price was $39 and i pay for 10 miles $177. Bad service and expensive.

The day manager of the OK Petroleum, 1212 E. Main St. in Riverhead Uhaul did not show up for work; he was drunk. It was an 8 AM pickup that was not available until 11:30 AM. By the time I got to work I lost the job. This cost me hundreds of dollars. I will never use this Uhaul location again. Furthermore Uhaul does not have adequate telephone staff to deal with customer problems, I was on the phone for hours trying to resolve this. There was no paper record of the mileage or gas in the truck given to me at the pickup location and I was charged an additional 17 miles that I did not use. I will not pay for miles I did not use and will report this matter to my credit card company and consumer protection. Uhaul should find a more reliable and honest company to represent the company, OK Petroleum is giving Uhaul a bad name. I have witnesses

The truck got very poor gas mileage I rented a uhaul same size Memorial Day weekend and had alot more stuff in it and towed my boat and got alotof gas mileage this trip same place upstate took $75 more gas that equals 15 gallons more

My drop off experience was frustrating. Apparently, local agents can refuse receiving products back. There were multiple facilities near our final destination but I was told to drive 20mi away to a gas station where the gentleman sensed my frustration and kindly accepted the trailer. Call ahead to the facility you are directed to confirm they will take the rental back.

The truck had to be jump started at the pickup location with the help of the employee and then 2 more times for us to get back to location. I tried contacting U-haul & was on hold for over 30 minutes and didn’t get help. I told employee at drop off how unhappy I was. The original employee was apologetic.

The van was dirty, the app wouldn't function properly on Android OS to take pictures and it took 45 minutes just to check in! Then when I returned the van and your app asked if the van was clean, I answered "no" because it was filthy and that's how I received it and I sent pics to prove it when I picked it up.. You had the nerve to try and charge me a $25 fee! What a disgusting, filthy experience. I'm done with uhaul.

I was charged 1000$ above agreed reservation price it took an hour to resolve the issue. The truck had cleanliness issues in the trailer and mechanically was out of steering alignment.

I signed a contract on an IPAD, no paperwork for the truck. Took it out on a Saturday 10/3 around 1:30PM and returned it on Monday 10/5- 40 miles logged and 46 hours later. I see my bill this week online and UHaulOKPetroleum charged me for 8 days, almost doubling my bill to $258 using my debit card. Unconscionable. And no one answers the phone there...

They need to be more informed and be able to ask basic questions. One person told us we can turn in the truck at any location and when we did they refused, we had to go all the way back to them and then someone else that was at that location told us that no he was wrong and we had to turn it back to them. It was so confusing and they over charged me on miles. I had to report them. So if you get a truck from them, don’t.

The proprietor was a bit dismissive of our concerns (a dirty truck--a discarded mask, a soda can, and lots of ants--and no dolly or mats, as we had paid for. We had to go to a different facility to get those; will give a great rating for that place!)
