Rented Car Trailer which was parked between two non-operating cars in mud. Took over an hour to get the trailer out after almost getting my motor home stuck in the mud. Notice other trailers and truck also in mud.

This is a wheel and tire store that does U-haul on the side. There was not enough space to turn around a trailer, and the parking area was a mud-pit. Staff was indifferent, did not offer to help disconnect or move my trailer. I was not given a receipt and I had to escalate to U-haul corporate to confirm that they actually did process my return.

This survey should address the service provided by UHaul and not be limited to the pickup and return locations. UHaul's performance was rather poor. The reservation software used does not seem to work and it took for ever for the customer and the folks at the pickup and delivery places to perform all of the necessary tasks (ex.: filling out the same forms several times over, slow processing or nothing at all, etc.). If the folks at the pickup and delivery places hadn't been so patient and professional we would've given up! They deserve extra pay for putting up with this system! Looking at this form it appears that UHaul is quicker to evaluate its partners than itself!

I am disappointed that I was charged $8.00 damage protection when I did not request or authorize that charge.
