I reserved the auto transport through another dealer and when I came to pick it up, there were additional charges that I didn't want and was told that after the reservation was made nothing could be done. This is the second poor experience I've had with this dealer. I will rent from Uhaul again, but never with this dealer.

Your customers agents need more training on speaking with customers. The agent I got for the third call was terrible. She was rude, argued with me, and made a reservation for a dolley that was not at the location she sent us to. We then had to go to another location 1 hour and 20 minutes away. Terrible experience this time

The mobile option is still not working properly. It was not compatible with my phone, thankfully my husband was there so I could use his phone. When I tried to return it the website gave his phone different options than my phone, didn't allow him to verify the return on his mobile device, instead just gave instructions to drop the key.

The truck had cigarette butts on the floor and in the door handle. A tire was out of balance on the truck so the ride was awful.

I put my reservation at Webster WI. This Milltown location was the closest truck available and I had to drive 80 miles round trip to pick up the truck. No cell phone reception in the building and poor reception outside. Took several times to upload driver's license photos. I was asked to take picture of truck at pick up so we were not charged for damages. I don't think this should be the customer's responsibility. Particularly without good cell service.

Nobody was present when I dropped the truck off. Just dropped the keys in the drop off box. Filled truck and swept everything before dropping it off.

I had asked if I might see an extra charge on my bill and the man working was practically screaming his head off at me! He was very upset that I would question him and totally treated me with serious disrespect!!! It was a terrible experience and the cab of the U-Haul smelled like dirty livestock!!! I will NEVER be back to that place again, not even if you paid me!!!

Streamline your process for renting equipment. The U-HAUL corporate relocation services are painfully slow and it seems like no matter how much detailed information is provided? to your people they do not seem to have a handle on what is going and it takes 30 to 45 minutes to reserve a truck or trailer. This was also the same experience at the pickup location and it took 30 minutes to get the truck rental because the U-HAUL web site/system seems to be inefficient; information it was providing to the pickup? location was poor or inaccurate and did not make sense. Twice they had to call in for assistance.

I was extremely disappointed in the fact that I was supposed to pick up the truck in one location, which when we showed up our truck was not there. We then had to drive over an hour put of our way to go get the truck. Overall I am very disappointed in my first experience with uhaul.

We were told (by the Carbondale location) that we could only bring the trailer to Osceola, WI to return it. The people in Milltown (which was a much closer location) were very helpful and the location was much closer.

When I dropped off the truck this afternoon in Milltown, WI the gentleman mentioned that I was not required to take the truck this morning because the fuel level was lower than 1/4 of tank full. Being this was my first time using this type of service, I was surprised it happened in the first place. So what I'm saying here is that the service where I pickup the 20 ft truck from should have been more willing to give another truck or add more fuel to the gas tank,

Chad Ogilvie of Olvilgie Auto Parts was very rude. When we asked him if he had a wrench so we could change the ball he said "This is an auto parts store. I can sell you a wrench." I would expect that vendor would have a wrench to use. I would also expect the owner to be customer friendly. This type of behavior casts a very negative light on U-Haul. I was pleased with National U-Haul as I spoke with them several times to get what I needed, The follow up was very good.

Reserved a 14' truck and received confirmation for the 14' but when I showed up to pick up the truck I was told that the 14' had been reserved by someone else for the next day so only a 10' was available for me. Was not happy.

The truck was not at the location we reserved. It was50 mi. Away. Absolutely NO customer service after we were assured that there wld be a truck. We were closing and moving out that day. Connie in the spooner,wi office told me that she was hanging up now becuz she did not like me arguing with her. I would NOT recommend u haul EVER. When we returned the trk to minnetonka ,mn, they were professional and grt in cust service.
