Fuel level was below 3/4 and I rented from that facility because people were on staff to assist but that day they closed for a funeral.

SCOTT WHave the truck cleaned off of snow, and WiFi is not good in order to do the pickup when the store is not staffed. It took long to complete in order to get keys to get going.
EVA CI’m new to U-haul but their service is incredible and amazing. I do the self- pick apps and it was super friendly and easy to navigate. It was super helpful. Thanks U- haul company. I will use this company again.
ALISTER RDon’t be out of vacation when pickup in store was selected. Nicer maintained trucks. Had to waste gas before I even got to drive it because ice was so thick on the windshield. Bumper looks like someone hit something and was never fixed. Cracked lights never repaired.
Cody KI'm not sure how much control you have over this, but when I was at the store to pick up my truck the Uhaul App didn't recognize my location. Then the App also wouldn't let me scan store barcode. It took me like 45 minutes to work through this on the phone with a Uhaul person! We did get through the problem, the woman that helped me was great! But 40- 45 minutes, that was not a good way to start my move. To whom ever reads this I would like a response, to hear if they think this acceptable??? Thank You

MARK PThe location was fine, It was the U-Haul customer experience that was awful! We were pushed back about an hour because my husband spent over an hour on the phone due to a "glitch in the system" that i was told later on is a very common thing... what?? This was for a pretty heavy situation and we were on a tight timeline for the day so it just added a lot of stress. I then spoke to someone after the fact who said they would give us a refund and got an email for money off our next rental. Yeah right!
Axel UOriginially was supposed to be $37.00 for a 2 day rental on a trailer. because i didn't know how to check out on my phone, I was charged for another day and was billed $80. Not a good way to do business as the store knew it was being dropped off on Sunday. Disappointing to say the least.

John DWasn’t the location that was a problem. There was a period of time the attendant was not present and the app did not function properly. It did not offer that location as a selection so I had to contact customer service to finish my return. The app was not very intuitive and it was frustrating.

Reid EThe app to return the truck needs work. It kept glitching so that I could not enter the "return equipment" feature. It took an unreasonably long time to check the truck back in. The location where I picked up the truck, however, was terrific and a pleasure to work with.

I fucking rotator surgery and now you're banging me on online of how I operate my business. I'm lucky I was even open. I was gonna close, but I opened up just for a couple customers to take care of them. I did the best I could with what I had I would appreciate a new review because I did the best I could and yes your wife was wonderful. She helped out she did a lot for me. I can't do anything I was not supposed to go outside and slip and fall and re- injure my surgery. Just wanted to let you know you're a complete asshole so you know what if you can redo that for me I would really appreciate that. Thank you. Have a great day.…”

Dave GI had to drive about 20 miles to pick up my truck and another 30 miles to pick up the trailer. That took up half of a day.
John WI have never in my life, had so much trouble renting a truck! Not kidding.. I spent an hour of my rental time trying to get the app pickup to work. Your phone calls to two references is absolutely ridiculous! They come through as a telemarketer call, and all spam filters reject the call! I set up my account online and uploaded all needed information only to be forced to do it all over again at the time of the pickup! It's fortunate I had family members all waiting for this truck, otherwise your operator wouldn't have had two people to call! I was actually close enough to this location to walk.. and I'm glad I didn't as it took two of us to figure out the stupid calls weren't going through because of the labeling of your system. I will never use your trucks again! Ever! And I will never recommend them to anyone else.. and don't tell me the location is getting my vehicle check and ready for me. It's a lie. It was covered in snow and ice that I had to clear off. Horrible company! Horrible experience!
