I could not understand the gentlemen at the the location and I did not get what I asked for. I asked for a one way and got a local. I ended up paying almost triple. I called customer service and they basically told me there was nothing they could do.

The place doesn't feel safe, the guy working here can barely speak and understand English. He took a lot of time to find my reservation arguing that the computer was slow. After 30 minutes he told me "go parking lot". I went there and never saw him again, he didn't hook the trailer up, he didn't check lights or showed any interest to ensure that everything was good. He didn't even went outside to point the trailer I was supposed to take. This place should not have U-Haul representation.

Tried charging me with stuff I didn't order or reserve charged me for late fee even tho I paid for two days and brought it back in time so bad the dude at the front counter couldn't understand barely any English wouldn't recommend

The uhaul smelled like a cat was living in it and there was a nest under the driver seat. The truck was not working properly. The gas tank was at 1/4 when we picked it up.

Put some gas in tank. Vehicle was provided empty and I was told to add gas. Very old vehicle ,169,000 miles , internal door seal came apart while I was driving.

Car Trailer was parked in mud so close to a Uhaul box truck I barely made it in to hook it up. The guy at the store was of no help getting hooked up to the trailer.

This is the second time I've returned a trailer to area code 77541 and they've both been as sketchy as can be. The first time the drop off business had moved locations so the original address was not correct. This recent time the employee didn't speak any English and it was just a convenience store.

Make sure the original location that the reservation was made at is a real Uhaul facility and the equipment that the customer reserved is actually there. My reservation was changed 3 different times and I had to drive about 25 miles to the 3rd location that actually had the truck I reserved. In addition to the distance traveled to get the truck, I lost approximately 5 hours because of this. Uhaul customer service is some of the worst in the market.
