Have the truck at the preferred location when someone reserves days in advance.. a 30-40 extra minutes on your drive isn’t how you want to start moving day…

This was ok, but it was a gas station at night in a somewhat dark lit area. As a woman, I found it uncomfortable coming here to drop the rental off and having to stay longer than I was comfortable with because of the app having trouble when I was returning the rental. There was a man on a bicycle that kept hovering around and talking to himself, for about 15-20 minutes before leaving, and the store was closed and locked so I was not able to go inside if anything had happened. Not an ideal location in terms of safety for dropping off equipment during the night. I also tried to select "not applicable" for the question if the personnel were helpful at the drop off location but it wouldn't accept that option. I didn't meet the personnel because the location was locked and closed

The person doing the rental agreement when we picked up the truck had only been doing for two week. She was very good but I think with a little more time dealing with rental customers she will be Excellent
