Miguel SOk so I loveeeee this location, but this last time they did not close out the account in a timely manner. I rented on the 30th returned on the 31st and they didn't contact me to let me know thier was a balance until the 16th and it was via email, Ultimately , I was charged a late fee on top of the remaining balance , and I just don't think that That was handled appropriately other than that love the location love the vibe!!!!
Nikaela CI left an item in the truck and UHaul customer service and the pickup location worked quickly to help me recover it. Really appreciate it, will definitely use uhaul again
