Was told there were no 6x12’s available yet there were 2 on the lot so I went to the website and reserved one. They were friendly enough but the back of the 6x12 had not been swept out when received and had to document damage to the outside of the trailer. They were super busy the day I arrived so I understand they may not have got to being sure it was cleaned out

The line was overwhelmed and when I finally connected with a customer representative they told me the site had just crashed. This has happened multiple times. Either fix your web site or pull it offline.

Teddy WWe had a very hard time checking in to pick up the uhaul, the website states only ONE reference and when we got there after the one was provided we still were unable to pickup. My husband contacted customer support and chatted with a Latoya and she was VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL towards us when we inquired about why we couldn’t pickup our rental. I have worked as a manager in customer service for 12 years and this was HORRIBLE customer service.

Rodney DI have used this location four times for cross country UHaul move needs. Trucks and Trailers and they are ALWAYS nice and helpful and just pleasant people to work with. I completely recommend them.

daniel jI ordered both a regular dolly and an appliance Dolly and didn’t receive either but was still charged for both and the truck I received the fuel was completely empty when I first got into the vehicle I almost ran out of gas just trying to make it to a service station.

Travis FMaybe bring the truck up to the front so it looks like the equipment has been given the once over for safety. Getting the truck out of the back field left me wondering if it had been checked out and would make the trip. Turns out it was fine but there was a little hesitation about it.
