My text stated a pick up location in Sioux Falls. However when I got there they didn't have the rental and said I had to go to Hartford. We get there and nobody is onsite. The rental truck was only half full. When I returned the truck, I returned it with a half full tank and was charged an extra fee for not being full. I feel like I got jipped.

ryan N.After making my reservation 3 weeks in advance, I received a phone call from UHaul 3 days before the pick-up date which I could not answer but saw who it was from on the screen. No voice mail was left, and I assumed it was my confirmation. When I arrived, I was told no units were available, and that I had received a phone call and a text to that effect. No text was received, no voicemail as previously stated. I then had to drive 166 miles round trip, over 3.5 hours, and $26 in gas to pick up a trailer. When I called customer service, I requested - not a refund, just a UHaul credit for the $26 in gas, I was denied. I asked to speak to a manager, the agent said he was. I asked for his name and he hung up.. The next agent I called said he would look into it further and email me - which of course has not happened.

MARVIN O.Well first of all after reserving it three weeks prior to need, I was called the evening before pickup and told they had no trailer for me and that I would need to go to Hillsboro to get one. I was already driving 3 1/2 hours to get it, I was not about to drive over another hour to get one. I had them transfer our reservation to where we were coming from and we drove it to the location we were moving my daughter from which was a huge inconvenience for me. Then after loading it and driving it 3 1/2 hours back to my house we noticed one of the tires was missing about a 2â€x6†piece of rubber that you could see the mess through. The location we picked it up at had is being it in and they replaced it. This whole experience has been horrible and we will not be using uhaul or recommending uhaul to anyone.
