When I took the truck it was dirty and I had to clean it before loading my stuff into it. The lady never said I needed to check my rent in on my mobile device so they charged me for 3 days when i had the truck for 8 hours. Also charged me a cleaning fee when i cleaned the damn truck 2 times once when picking it and before i dropped it off. Trying to get a hold of someone is nearly impossible and at this point knowing I was charged for it for an additional 2 days I am very angry I had planned on renting another one this weekend to finish moving but now I am not so sure I will ever do business again with UHAUL after this experience.

I have rented from uHaul many times but now I have to help with the maintenance when I return a trailer. I returned the trailer to the spot I got it from then went inside to check out. I was told I had to go back and hook up so they could check the lights. Since I was running late for an appointment, I told them I would return in an hour - which I did. Just so I could hook up to check the lights. The manager said this came down from uHaul. Not too customer oriented.

The man at the counter was condescending from the start. I let that go, as a young woman I expected this from a man working in a shop. He told me the gas needed to be returned at 3/4 tank or I would be charged. I told him I was only taking it a few miles to move a mattress and he insisted I could have it for 24 hrs if I had other things to move. I stated I was returning it that night because again, I'm moving a mattress 1 mile. This was at 430p on friday. As I walk out of the shop I get a text that the truck needs to be returned in 17 hrs, by 1030am the next day(saturday). I didnt care so much, as I knew I was returning it the same night. I get in the truck and took a photo of the gas gage/milage as it was under 3/4 tank and this was already looking bad. Upon returning the truck I filled it to 3/4 tank so I wouldnt be charged, despite it originally being lower upon pick up. I drove 5 miles total and the truck was returned Friday, back in the lot before sun down. The keys went in the box. No issues. The next day I see I'm charged for 2 days of use and insurance. They claim the truck was returned at 10:50a the following day. The uhaul customer service rep on the phone was a complete gem and helped me sort out the issue and I expect a call from the regional manager on Monday. The shop renting uhauls however have not heard the last of me and I plan to make sure everyone in my network and on Google understanda it's better to rent from anywhere else.

People Running the place have no clue how to deal with the u-haul rentals or returns. Drive the extra mileage and drop it at the corporate store.

Noyes is a tire store that does a lot of walk-in business. UHaul is just a secondary gig for them. If you go, be prepared to wait in line behind "tire kickers".

The trailer has a leak near the front (left side) which soaked a box that had photos in it. Luckily none of the pictures were ruined. We also learned that the ball should have been attached to the hitch upside down which would have prevented the dragging when we exited driveways, etc.

Improve the connection from Noyes to Uhauls server - the computer connection as slow at times when the Noyes Rep was retrieving my order and printing my papers.

They are very slow. Took me 30 mins to just rent a Utility Dolly. Staff doesn't know how to interact with the system. I had the same issue before here. Wasting of time there. They should be faster and staff should have enough knowledge about the uhaul system.

I dropped off the truck at 4:30 pm and put key in drop box, with contract. Next to this location I filled the tank to a level ABOVE the 7/8 required. I was then shocked to receive final bill that showed gas gauge was at 3/4, and an additional $16 gas charge. Unbelievable.

They did not keep the dolly inside the car. I did mobile pick up but then I had to go to store, wait in the line and ask them to give me the dolly. They should have prepared the truck for me.

Thankful my card was maxed and declined this place from stealing from me without any communication to me. They were trying to use my card illegally without my knowing Unbelievable Illegal

Again Noyes is basically a car repair store - the person behind the counter actually did not know how to finish the rental electronically and if another person had not come to help and guide his mouse - I think I might still be there.

Would have been nice if the pads had already been bagged up. Seemed unnecessary to have to wait for this as had been preordered so good advance notice available.

Have the truck ready. Make sure everything is working. Make sure there is fluid in the windshield wipers. Make sure the wipers work.

When reserving over the phone, customer service provider was having difficulty with the computer being very slow. Pick up took forever because only one person knew how to do it and he wasn't there so we had to wait past our pick up time for him to arrive. Somehow, our moving destination was put into the computer as a completely different state than we were actually going. Terrible system but I think the staff were doing the best they could at the time.

The truck I used was very clean, but it seemed to need some maintenance. Specifically, the transmission seemed to have issues and I was a little concerned during parts of my trip - especially on some steeper hills. After all was said and done, everything went well and the process to rent and return was easy.

The daily Safe coverage fee of $14 was never explained and I would not have paid for it. The mileage fee was charged at $.99 per mile when it should have been$.69 as agreed upon prior to the rental.

You customer service phone line is absolutely the worst. I was on hold numerous times for 20 minutes and was ultimately disconnected. I never got through to alert you that 2 reservations which I didn't make ( in Arizona and Texas) showed up on my log in on your web site. When I attempted to get a drop off place for the rental truck by calling the number I was told to call at the pick up point, I again could not get through and had to search the city for a drop off place. You really need to fix this. My rental truck was great, but I will never contact U-haul again and will certainly not recommend it to friends because you are so very difficult to contact.

You should explain the tow/haul button to your customers. I drove around town with that button on - consuming far more gas than necessary - got 7 mpg.

the drop off location should be spelled out on the contract. UHAUL traffic tried to get me to drive an additional 45 mins to a different drop off location in Lancaster NH , which I could not do as I didn't have a ride back from there . it all worked out in the end I dropped it at Seths Automotive in Lyndonville so all is well

I don't appreciate your fuel gage. I was charged an extra $9.38 for gas. I put gas in the truck before I dropped it off. I put 2.5 gallons in. I have the receipt for it. I put 14 miles on the truck. How could I have possibly used 5 gallons of fuel. That's BS!!!! I rent quite a few uhauls across the country. And have been noticing that I put fuel in and your gage doesn't register properly. It would be so much easier if you fill your trucks before renting so we could stop playing this guessing game on replacing used fuel. gas prices are low, not high like it was a few years ago
