We had to switch the orientation of our hitch and there were also some issues with our lighting connection. The employees at Novi Feed were super friendly and helpful and truly went above and beyond to help us get safely on our way! We are so grateful!

I was told the vehicle I was dollying would fit on the dolly. It did!!!! The car had to be rigged to put on the dolly and was hard to take off as well as put on.

I received a text that I needed to confirm the return online or be charged $20 fee for them to do it (the NOVI FEED UHaul site store) The link did not work, I called NOVI FEED and they said I needed to confirm with you. I called you and you said it was a site store charge. I called them back and they said this was something they were putting in place, but it was not up and running yet so not to worry about it. I bit of a run around and inconvenience. It would be better to know all that in advance when I checked the truck out; it was not mentioned.

We arrive about 5:50 to drop off our rental. The hours were until 6 but it was already closed. Very thank ful for the drop of per mobile phone.

The back of the uhaul was disgusting was not properly cleaned out.The air suspension seats did not function correctly which made the drive horrible.

When you tell a person some one wiill call by 6pm on friday to confirm &go over details it should be done. That was not my prefered pickup point. &diffenitally not not milage that i needed tomake the trip. The inside back if truck was dirty with broken glass. Picked up truck with 1/4 tank of gas? Trucks should be full bring back full
