JAMES EWeird setup as you had to walk down a hill in the back yard and then through a maze of a basement to get to a dimly lit room to finish the transaction. Truck did not seem to be wiped down in the cab, but was NOT messy. Check engine light was on for my truck, but just had the operator write a note on my contract so I was not held responsible for it. Other than that the truck ran great.

Hayley HGreat experience again at this location. I made my reservation online myself but made it for the wrong date but when I got there the issue was fixed. And when my vehicle had an issue with the trailer light connection the owner of the U-Haul location fixed that issue as well.

Eric BI've dropped off multiple pieces of equipment at this location and theguy that runs this U-Haul is here all hours of the day. Very convenient for returning items. Never had a problem with him.
David CCould be bigger. He had to move alot of trucks to make room for our 26 ft Uhaul. There already was a 26 ft Uhaul in the small parking lot. Had to leave our Uhaul in the street.
mike jNot charge me a WHOLE NOTHER DAY when I return it 4 hours later then the day I picked it up !!! I could have easily dropped it off 6 hours earlier at another location instead of driving it back to where I got it, EMPTY !!!!

Julia JThis location has always been very good for me. Several rentals this year without any issues. I enjoy knowing that whatever I rent is there and I don’t have to drive to some other location to get what I need. I will most definitely do business there again.

Denise SAC did not work and driving over 1000 miles this was not a comfortable ride. Supplies at this facility were not what I wanted as they only had small boxes to purchase and not tie downs. Person there was very engaging but could not fulfill everything I wanted. I also inquired about the pricing as it seems Uhaul is price gouging. 2700 dollars is excessive as the same trip back from where I dropped off truck would have been 1200 dollars less. When asked they did not have an explanation. Look at another rental company first for price, but Uhaul is usually reliable even with this bad experience.

Norman KWe would suggest having a full tank of gas when picked up! Other rentals utilize this method, just seems easier. Others also go over everything on the vehicle, condition report, etc. We also were told when we set up the rental in DePere, WI that moving blankets, furniture dolly etc would be in the truck, and we would be charged if we used them. Nothing was inside!! Thank goodness we found sheets to cover the furniture!

Tim FWe put the same amount of gas in the tank as when we picked up the truck and was charged for 2 gallons more. The truck was full of animal hair and I am allergic. We originally reserved a trailer and then ine wasn't available, so we had to go with a truck making us incur more charges (mileage + gas).

Vernon BPlease Indicate somewhere when signing up online that you require 3 extra people to call and verify for pickup. That was a shock at 7 AM trying to find someone awake to answer a call from Uhaul!
