The parking brake didnt work. Vehicle was parked and started rolling down driveway, at two houses, and had to run and jump in it. Terrible!! Could have been a big safety issue with someone running & jumping on running boards to get in to stop the vehicle.

I was told I would be charged $30 and was charged $60. Returned it when it was suppose to be, clean and filled with gas and was charged another $50! Not impressed and will be taking this further

A little out of the way for me, as it was not the closest U-haul, but that’s an issue with the process from U-Haul. This dealer was efficient, easy to back a trailer into, and had a receipt sent to me right away.

The Uhaul rep was very kind and helpful. He made appropriate recommendations and suggestions. The location is easy to find with a nice large driveway so it is easy to access. He met me outside and welcomed me as soon as I got there. Very well organized!

Great truck but the most uncomfortable seat position ever. The drivers seat needs to adjust height so legs are in a proper position to apply pressure to gas andbreak.i ended up in se ere pain from the poor position. No ergonomics....

Weird setup as you had to walk down a hill in the back yard and then through a maze of a basement to get to a dimly lit room to finish the transaction. Truck did not seem to be wiped down in the cab, but was NOT messy. Check engine light was on for my truck, but just had the operator write a note on my contract so I was not held responsible for it. Other than that the truck ran great.

Great experience again at this location. I made my reservation online myself but made it for the wrong date but when I got there the issue was fixed. And when my vehicle had an issue with the trailer light connection the owner of the U-Haul location fixed that issue as well.

Could be bigger. He had to move alot of trucks to make room for our 26 ft Uhaul. There already was a 26 ft Uhaul in the small parking lot. Had to leave our Uhaul in the street.
