The 20 foot truck we rented had many repairs necessary. The transmission was in need of repair. The brights did not work. This truck needs to be retired. Location was very out of the way.

Not sure how to rate this because we did a Sunday drop off and they were closed. But because it was a cargo trailer we dropped off there was no key to drop off. I was worried there would be an issue but received an email Monday morning before I had a chance to call so was impressed!

Service was so good going back on Friday to rent another. Young lady who did my reservation and rented my truck to me plus Shannon from Des Moines did an awsome job.

No one there for the drop off. Wish there was better directions for leaving trailers. Had to call uhaul to find out what needed to be done.

Allow after hours pick up in the UHaul App. Even though there was a key box with the key in it, after hours pick up was not an option. Also, it would be more convenient to have the truck full of fuel each time a customer picks up. This way a customer can get right to the task of moving instead of heading straight for a gas station (there was just under 1/4 tank of gas when we picked up).

DId not have a u-haul jack available to raise tongue. Spent some time trying to get a regular jack to raise it up high enough. Ended up having to stand on the bumper of my vehicle to lower it enough to attach trailer.

Your miscommunication really hurts first you don't indicate if its a drop off. And when your colleague from des Moines try to explain a customer concern you ignore and go ahead charging him unnecessary charges yet its your own fault.

It is very small. Sign is very small. Office is hidden at the end of different offices / shops.

My original reservation was not honored because the 10' truck had not been returned to this location on time. When the employee at this location tried to find another truck for us, the person on the other end at U-Haul seemed more concerned about who was at fault than in finding us another truck. They wanted us to drive more than an hour to pick up another truck. We declined and waited to pick up the truck at this location the following morning. I have seen on the U-Haul site that if a reservation is not honored, U-Haul will pay $50. Does that apply in this situation?
