Be prepared. Had to wait over an hour for what was supposed to be a mobile pick up and never received an explanation of why they dropped the ball. Employee late to open store. Customers waiting outside.
Kyle Sthe application indicated that if there was no car, I would be refunded $50, I was warned 3 minutes before my arrival, and 9 minutes before my reservation that there would be no car, and they gave me a $10 discount, for a car that was smaller + I left 40 minutes later. service is terrible

joseph NWhy was I able to book a 24/7 check in when this location does not offer or prepare for 24/7 check in? I was on a time crunch and was forced to pick up the truck 45 mins later than originally requested and reseerved for.

Alina BOn the day I was there, right after a big snowfall, tons of customers were getting belts for their broken snow blowers. The staff handles pressure well and are very courteous. I come here very often for all my needs of lawn, snow and rental equipment. I rented an enclosed trailer this day and it went flawlessly. I have rented other equipment from them in the past and have always had a good experience there.
mike pIt was snowing and the windshield wiper on the driver side did not work at all.Very disappointed. In the other hand the truck was clean and newer.
Marcelo FOverwhelmed staff; zero knowledge on trailer hookups; did not hookup our trailer to our vehicle; did not offer or supply electrical supply for trailer lights which made our trailer non compliant with state roadway laws. We purchased electrical trailer light connectors spending $55 and the trailer lights still didn’t work. Overall, not a good experience.

ron tThey didn’t have the moving blankets or dollies that I rented, and the gentleman behind the counter said they give me a 10% off discount when I return the truck. When I return the truck and talk to the owner, he said the person I talk to you didn’t “fucking tell me anything “ I said wow you’re not even going to apologize for a bad customer service experience, he just said “I wasn’t there” the owner seemed upset because he was hitting on some lady when I got there and I think I was getting in his way.

Lorri Rit was a great riding van but it had some maintenance issues. nothing serious but a few things needed attention. the van needs an oil change, it kept telling us this. the passenger door wouldn't unlock and the rear drivers tail light was out. the van was clean, safe, comfortable and affordable. i will be back to rent again.

Cynthia nVery dirty trailer. Had a hole in the roof. Charged me an additional $15 for parking it in front of another trailer. However, there were no directions or assistance on where to leave the trailer. Would never go here again.
