The truck was an older one l, and was very jerky when shifting gears. It may need some engine maintenance.

I reserved for an automated before hours 8am pickup. "No equipment ready for pickup" was all the app would tell me. Turns out several employees were already there but when I came in the unlocked door I was rudely told "we're not open yet!" I explained my situation with $100/hr movers showing up soon. She stands up in a huff walking out saying "I need some air!" Coming back she truffle handled my rental but it was obvious I was an interruption in her day. Customer NO service
Samuel JTrailer was the worst uhaul trailer I have ever rented. Hydraulic brakes were too sensitive when unloaded. Tire straps were uneven length making it hard to strap down the driver front tire.
Jacob TThe signage by the road side could be more clear. There is a "No Trucks" sign by the highway, but further in the parking lot a sign indicating uhaul trucks should enter here, but it's a busy highway and I didn't have time to see all the signs quickly. It would be better if the uhaul signs was on top of the no trucks sign. This location was closed for Easter when I dropped off, so I didn't see the uhaul store and can't give it a fair rating.

Paul WWindshield wipers stopped working, in February, in Oregon. Obviously, a problem.
John bThe vehicle did not have a full tank when I picked it up, just doesn't scream 'we care about you during this challenging time in your life (aka moving is NEVER stress-free but renting a Uhaul could be managed/handled better). The vehicle back end where you store everything had to be swept out by ME from the former customers garbage (and it was entire dust pan full of garbage)! I was just given a 'so sorry for that', nothing more. Moving is stressful and the least that could've been done was more than a verbal apology. I cannot recommend your Uhaul services for the reasons of the two items listed above and lack of hospitality provided. I left the vehicle in better shape then I collected it originally.

JOHN JI selected mobile pickup for an 8am pickup. When I arrived I could not get the truck because the location was not open till 9. They blamed corporate U Haul saying it is their fault because mobile pickup is not available at that location.
