Charlie EstevaThe van I was given was fairly new and equipped with a back-up camera that was handy. It was clean except for some dirt in the cargo area. This was my 2nd rental in about three weeks and I'll require a third rental in a month or so and will use this location again. Have rented on a Tuesday and a Saturday, both at start of day - in and out within 15 minutes. Staff are really good.

darie voineawe reserved a 20' truck but when we went to pick it up the tire was flat and they couldn't fix it then they hadn't any same truck to change it. The only thing after 30 Min delay did was to ask us get a smaller truck or check other location which that was not possible for us. We had to get smaller one that cause our moving be complicated and instead of one load and unload we had to did that twice.

Jiachen ZhangThe young man who handled my transaction when I arrived was very pleasant and efficient. The van was in good shape except the windshield wasn't clean on the inside and driving back to the outlet at the end of the day, into the sun, was quite challenging. I brought the vehicle back about 10 or 15 minutes after 4:30 and the outlet was closed, but the key drop-off was easy to figure out. My only suggestion to improve the experience is to give the small office area a clean-up and coat of paint for a more professional appearance. Otherwise I wouldn't hesitate to use this location again.
Larry GreenEverything is always great at this location and with their vehicles. My only suggestion would be to check that the vehicles have adequate window washing fluid, especially during the winter months as my cargo van unfortunately didn't have any.

The smell also was so bad that I had to drive with doors open the whole trip and most probably some of that small got into the stuff I was moving. I took a nice video showing the interior and will post it on youtube so you can see what I meant by filthy and it was not an exaggeration. The checking was fast and smooth so that was the best experience with this rental but never again I will rent from this location.

Pedram BerjisThe customer service was great and the location is convenient and organized. The van I got was extremely dirty, spills of some kind everywhere, front and back. I do understand it’s a van that people use to move things but there should be a minimum cleaning in between customers. I was disgusted to touch the wheel, it was sticky. The amount of dirt in the car is not from one customer, this van has not been cleaned for a while. It’s not right that I have to put my clean items on other peoples dirt. If it was just some crumbs or dust I wouldn’t complain, this is not the case here, please take a look at the van. Otherwise it was an easy transaction and the van drove well. Thank you
