Came from out of State to help move our son rented a trailer from another u-haul but needed a truck instead and they didn't have one available. They called North view bait and they had what I needed and they were very helpful!!

Overall a very good experience. Pickup was typical and drop off was easy. The windshield was dusty and full of bugs. I later cleaned off some of it at the nearest gas station. I couldn't find a truck squeegee, so I reached the best I could with a standard one. Also, the inside of the cab had a cigarette smell which wasn't ideal. The truck itself worked well. I would use this location again but would prefer a truck with a clean windshield and no cig smell next time.

Unrelated but needed feedback: The only complaint I have about the entire U-haul process is load share which I will not be participating in again. It’s silly to think a normal person can pull that kind of trailer behind their U-Haul. The tarp also blew off partly. It was a real pain to tow. This comment is from a professional driver that helped me get down to my destination.

Matthew ELocation was great. Knowledge and service was great. Trailer was 1 inch out of level when empty but not noticeable at time of pickup. Probably should have been caught when the hitch was upgraded from the old style to new style which appeared to be very recent based upon condition of hitch assembly.... no scratches or blemishes. No kinks in lighting cable.

KATY MGREAT service. Friendly. Knowledgable. Trailer had the latest hitch/safety cable installed. Rollup door needs a bit of TLC gets hung up at the bottom 12 inches but closes with a bit of 'help'. I will be back for my next 2 trips.
Ricky BDon't change location pick up from what was orignal setup. They tried to change my pick up point just because they opened a new store that was farther away and not as easy accesible for me. My orignal location the people are great and easy to work with. Tom is first rate.
