Having the location in the email would be helpful! As when one is moving ana the location you call is not able to meet the needs, then tell you where can one forgets.

I had selected another location closer to me however. This added extra miles to my move that you charged me for. You had even confirmed my location I picked in an email and when I went there they said it was at another location. Communication of this would have been great. The folks at Northview we’re pleasant and good to deal with however communication on your part would have been great and you could have comped new the extra miles to and from.

Smells like a bait shop(which it is). Brought trailer in at 10:50 and didnt process till 11.10. So I got charged a extra $20. Called uhaul they said it's not there problem. Have to go back to drop location for refund. Again poor company customer service..

I'm not sure where the fault lies, but the "Days Allowed" were incorrectly recorded on the CONTRACT at the pick up location as "4" when I was told over the phone and received a text stating that "the rental is due back on September 1 at 1:00 PM..." which was 6 days AND the "Mileage Allowed" was incorrectly recorded at "622" miles when I had been told over the phone that by having to drive 116 miles from Sioux Falls to Platte, SD to pick up our household belongings, U-Haul would allow me to have 753 miles to make the trip from Platte, SD to West Bend, WI... later changed by U-Haul to return the truck to Watertown, WI. Had the attendant at the pick up location taken the time to review with me these two main points of the contract; the DAYS ALLOWED and the MILEAGE ALLOWED before asking me to sign the contract, I could have asked that the contract be corrected right then and there. However, I was in a hurry and was given the contract to sign trusting that it was correct and in order. I had no reason to think that it would be incorrect. I would have rated the pick up location excellent otherwise. I think that the error was made by the central dispatch office of U-Haul who failed to document the correct DAYS ALLOWED and MILEAGE ALLOWED in each of the pick up location changes that were made when the original nearest location (Kimball, SD) was unable to provide the truck reserved. In each of the telephone conversations, emails, and texts that were sent to me, the DAYS ALLOWED and MILEAGE ALLOWED should have been clearly stated. The result of this careless mistake was that I was billed the DAY AFTER I returned the truck at 3:15 PM on 8/30/19 for EXTRA DAY x1 and EXTRA MILES x102.8 for $100.35 when I had actually returned the truck 1.5 days early and had driven 28.2 miles less than allowed (753-724.8).

The owner in Sioux Falls was great and service was excellent. Originally planned to drop it off in Brookings, SD and Wanted to drop off a day early. Nobody there and no room to do self drop off. Location was essentially a mud bog. Called twice and left message but calls not returned. Called UHaul customer service and arranged to drop it off in Sioux Falls! Great trailer!

We would not recommend Uhaul at all to a friend. The experience was only made positive by the pickup location of Northview Bate and Tackle. We had an absolutely horrendous experience with having our reservation fall through twice & thus having to be on the phone getting bounced from representative to representative for an hour. We were charged triple of what we would have been if our original location (Brookings) didn’t fall through after being accepted. We are very disappointed with our Uhaul experience and will try our best to make sure friends and relatives stay away from renting from Uhaul, and we yoo will try our best to not rent again either. Very disappointing and stressful experience for our moving weekend.

Pickup and dropoff was easy, but you should correctly note fuel usage so you don't overcharge the customer. Also, for the app, preferred pickup location is pointless if you're just going to change the location on the way to pick up.

Reserved trailer by calling U-Haul company store on 12th street in Sioux Falls. Went there to pick up trailer, worker there looked up my reservation and says "your trailer is at Northview." I said they never told me it was at another location, She said " well that's where it's at, you need directions?" I came from a location about 6 blocks from Northview, could have been a short and fast pickup, but instead it was more like 3 miles. Think you guys could do better. Thank you. Northview guy was very good.
