The truck was super stanky in the hatch part. As i was driving the truck was either stuck in gear 2 or refused to go past gear 2. I was not wanting to accelerate. When i pressed the brakes the engine was not wanting to downshift in order to stop.

CHERI LI was scheduled to pick up my U-Haul truck and trailer in Jonesboro and then the day before I was supposed to pick it up I got a phone call from you guys and I had to drive an hour to another location to pick up the truck and then go to another location to pick up the trailer and if it wasn't the last minute I think I would have shopped around a little more and I regret not shopping around a little more for a moving truck we made a verbal agreement and you guys broke the verbal agreement and the cost is outrageous especially on the insurance of the truck
